ok. wouldn't go there again. Room was very small. The window looked out into a out of use swimming pool and no other view (very bad view). Breakfast was very basic. Coffee, Milk and orange juice were all DILUTED.

Bad experience Very bad staff attitude from the moment we checked in. The room was very small, not like Booking photos. Poor breakfast.

Okay Our room the bed was not changed and I had to go tell the front office. Front office rold us to come back in an hour while he call the maid who was gone for the night to come back and change the bed sheet. Then the TV wasn't working so we had to call for service. The neighbor next to us kept banging and slamming their door so another neighbor who was brave came out and yelled at them to stop he can't get any sleep. Things got quiet after that. The check in was super quick.

Completely ruined our vacation. Charged an extra $160 for unstated reasons. Made it one of the most expensive hotels I've ever stayed in. The room key-card kept de-magnetizing, and we got stuck outside our room several times. Breakfast was stale toast and a water dispenser that dispensed greenish brown water. It was obvious that the cleaning staff had gone through our stuff when they came to clean, and a few things had gone missing. The room smelled so strongly we had to sleep with the window open.
