happy to leave. No elevator, no air conditioning rude person at desk Called to say I was acutely allergic to feathers & to make sure room was feather free, But, it wasn't So called breakfast was in small closet like space location

Bed was comfortable. Ice machine broken all 4 days. Greeters at main desk need to learn to smile. TV remote did not work. staff did fix it for us after 2 phone calls. refrigerator in room 23 broken. Our cokes burst from the control not working. Told to go across the street if we wanted ice. Juice machine broken on first day. eating area could hve been a bit cleaner. Skimpy on choice of food.

Fair bad room layout with one side of bed against wall and bathroom entrance by head of other side of bed. Adjoining room meant we could hear people in other room. no mattress protector on bed.

Disappointing Very unfriendly staff. Air-conditioning was not working, only warm up function was working, but not cooling. It wasn't possible to open a window in the room. Breakfast was ok, they had applied and bananas, but no hot meal options

Needs updating and modernisation - over priced for what you get. However our room was next to communal dining room which was very noisy and the doors were paper thin. We had a noisy family with a screaming child next to our room. The staff were kind enough to leave our keys in an envelope as we arrived at 10.30pm. We have been traveling to Carmel for over 40 years and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed . The property was in disrepair and needs massive refurbishing.

Not the best but great location Main light with fan did not work and there was a hole in the wall where the switch was located and reported it to staff and she said it was working and told me pull the chain , I informed her there was no chain on the fixture and she finally said she would fix it after three days say still no light working very unfriendly did not pursue the issue will not stay here again too many other choices Location

Other than location and parking would never stay there again. Very overpriced Breakfast was minimal.. The coffee machine juice machine or milk machine were not working. Fresh fruit good first morning but all left over for second morning. To get ice you had cross divided road to another hotel.. No water in swimming pool. Faucet in shower so loose was hard to turn on We were suppose to have downstairs room but put on second floor.
