Disappointing Very unfriendly staff. Air-conditioning was not working, only warm up function was working, but not cooling. It wasn't possible to open a window in the room. Breakfast was ok, they had applied and bananas, but no hot meal options

Needs updating and modernisation - over priced for what you get. However our room was next to communal dining room which was very noisy and the doors were paper thin. We had a noisy family with a screaming child next to our room. The staff were kind enough to leave our keys in an envelope as we arrived at 10.30pm. We have been traveling to Carmel for over 40 years and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed . The property was in disrepair and needs massive refurbishing.

Not the best but great location Main light with fan did not work and there was a hole in the wall where the switch was located and reported it to staff and she said it was working and told me pull the chain , I informed her there was no chain on the fixture and she finally said she would fix it after three days say still no light working very unfriendly did not pursue the issue will not stay here again too many other choices Location

Other than location and parking would never stay there again. Very overpriced Breakfast was minimal.. The coffee machine juice machine or milk machine were not working. Fresh fruit good first morning but all left over for second morning. To get ice you had cross divided road to another hotel.. No water in swimming pool. Faucet in shower so loose was hard to turn on We were suppose to have downstairs room but put on second floor.

2 nuits sont un maximum dans cet hôtel. L'absence de télévision car en panne. Le petit déjeuner très spartiate avec des machines à café en panne. La proximité du centre ville. Le calme.
Absolutely the worst stay of any I have had in a long time. Very rude staff. If there was less than Everything. left after 2hours because of such a bad place. I was charged for thefirst nite and woukd not give me credit for the second nite.

Buscad otro hotel Teníamos vistas a una pared, situada a menos de 50 cm de la ventana. En la habitación había una capa de polvo considerable en varios sitios, concretamente encima de la televisión, así como algún insecto tipo cucaracha. El personal no es de los que opinan que el cliente siempre tiene la razón. Está en el pueblo.
