If you ever need a pair of boots, come here and ask for Marco. He knows what to look for and can guide you in the right direction to help find the perfect fitting boots that will look great. It's nice to find a place that carries high-quality merchandise with great customer service to boot!

My review is based mostly on the customer service. I had a woman named Kiki help me two different times I went in. She stayed with me the entire time and answered all of my questions. She helped me find a pair of boots and I'm very picky. My boots had to be stretched out because they were too tight. When I returned to pick up my boots Kiki was busy helping another customer. This wasn't my first visit to Cavender's; but after receiving a long-overdue tax refund, yesterday was a serious shopping expedition. For the longest time, I had my eye on, and my hopes up, for a pair of python-skin Western boots. They looked great on the Cavender's website; and they had the style and features that I wanted. I'm a boot newbie and the associate (hate that I can't remember his name) *tall, beard.. If that's helpful) was great! So knowledgable and helpful in finding me a bajillion boots to try on in multiple sizes. Loved my experience at Cavenders, and I'll be back to get my boot collection really going :)

This would have been a five star if I had started out with someone like Shelby in the first place. I took my son in for his first pair of boots, he is doing ranch work for the first time this summer. When asked if we needed help that is what we stated. The first person to wait on us basically helped to find the size and then said, now that you know the size just start looking. Yay! I traded in my boots here after buying them online. Let me first start off by saying the girl who works the register wasn't exactly good at customer service. I think her name was Megan. She was just rude and rushed me the whole time. I didn't appreciate that. The guys on the floor were extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of which I did appreciate. Best boot place in Austin, I love this location it is easy to get to and there is great parking. They have a great selection of women's and men boots. There is a good variety and styles. There is also a kid section with boots and clothes. There are clothes for both women and men as well. I can't really say on those items because I haven't shopped in there.
