Nice western store with lots to choose from but at a hefty price. They sale major western brands of clothing, hats, boots, and belts. This location is smaller than most. Marco the manager was nice and gave us a 10% discount as the register we were originally checking out at froze up so we had to switch registers.
We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. While we were looking for boots, an employee named Luke, asked if we needed help. He was very helpful and stayed with us until we were ready to check out. I appreciated his help while my son was trying on multiple pairs of boots. We bought a pair of boots and several pairs of jeans.
First time looking at women's cowboy boots. Super helpful staff willing to educate a newbie on the different styles and makers.
My favorite time be there the gentlemen helping me his name Marco was really helpful and was really open to talk he came over and helped me out with out hesitation and he was really helpful.
If you ever need a pair of boots, come here and ask for Marco. He knows what to look for and can guide you in the right direction to help find the perfect fitting boots that will look great. It's nice to find a place that carries high-quality merchandise with great customer service to boot!
My review is based mostly on the customer service. I had a woman named Kiki help me two different times I went in. She stayed with me the entire time and answered all of my questions. She helped me find a pair of boots and I'm very picky. My boots had to be stretched out because they were too tight. When I returned to pick up my boots Kiki was busy helping another customer. This wasn't my first visit to Cavender's; but after receiving a long-overdue tax refund, yesterday was a serious shopping expedition. For the longest time, I had my eye on, and my hopes up, for a pair of python-skin Western boots. They looked great on the Cavender's website; and they had the style and features that I wanted. Great selection of boots and the sales gal was super helpful with helping my gal find the right size.
