Short wait. Doctor listened to me and prescribed the right medications and treatment plan quickly
i was so pleased with my urgent care experience here. got there and i was the only one there. no waiting!! staff was so nice to me. made me feel so comfortable. little paperwork and was seen in 10 minutes! dr was quick professional and gave me meds that did the trick. can't say enough good things about the staff and drs here! would recommend them in s heartbeat!!

My personal experience with Borrego Healthcare is limited but find there staff and doctors to be very good. I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Zadshir on two occasions and think of her as my Doctor in the future. Her mannerisms, thorough examination, and follow through, is very comforting. The office staff and assistants were all very good! Kudos to Borrego Healthcare!
I'm so glad I came here, everyone has been nothing but nice and helpful! I wish I was better at names, but everyone I have come across has been amazing! I saw the nurse practitioner today at women's health and she was so sweet, saw I was nervous and talked me through everything and helped calm my nerves. Same over at the lab, I hate needles and I was so nervous to get blood drawn but the lady who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, I appreciate them so much! I've had pretty bad experiences with reception before but NP Kenny and Nurse Jose are the Reason I will keep returning. Just recently I took my 2 year old son in for sneezing and a fever and for precaution they sent us to the back of the building to go through the drive thru assistance. My son for the most part does not like to be seen by doctors he gets scared and cries. We had the best experience with Nurse Jose and NP Kenny. I'm not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars all the way around?!! I was very sick with a bladders infection that spread to my kidneys and they were so UNBELIEVABLY KIND, SKILLED, COMPETENT TEAM, ATTENTIVE, QUICK TO GIVE ME SHOTS OF ANTIBIOTICS! I have never been to such a wonderful health care center that treated me as if they truly cared and the service was fast! I am mostly 3 hours from here and if I get sick I will do that drive to be seen by this clinic before I wait 5 hours at my local hospital that never helps me.... read more
