I have been dealing with getting my car fixed for a month now. I have had such an easier time dealing with CNA than with the shop doing my mechanic work. My extended warranty has covered everything without any negative feedback, and every costumer service representative I have talked to has been very helpful and polite. I have never had such a big mechanical issue before, and having a company be so helpful has been amazing.

A+ I had a transmission shift solenoid go out last week! The shift solenoid was internal in transmission behind the valve body $845 repair. CNA approve the repair and I had my truck back within 36 hours!repair/rental/towing at no cost to me! Great warranty company

I was apprehensive about purchasing a 3rd party warranty, but I'm sure glad I did. I had catastrophic engine failure on my Dodge diesel. CNA covered everything outlined in the contract, and NOT with cheap parts, either. Thank you so much for sticking to your end of the bargain.

I must admit my claim was handled very promptly once the company received their letter to appear in court, once your claim gets above the first line of amateur adjusters and supervisors. they come to this understanding that the joking around is over and its time to pay the claim or pay legal fees, they play this little game since not enough people challenge them to the next level.
I bought CNA ZSeries warranty when I bought a used 2008 Chrysler in 2013. So thankful to have purchased this policy which the dealer suggested. Had everything from tranmission to ABS brakes to power door locks along with other things since then. CNA's response was prompt, their reps sensitive to my needs and concerns and quick to pay the appropriate fees to the mechanic shop. I'm in the market for a new used vehicle and would probably use them with this one as well.
I inquired about a car loan that I paid in full in advance. I was told by the customer representative that to be able to get a refund of a portion of my GAP I should submit a PAID IN FULL letter from the lender which in my case is ***** Fargo. I provided them 2 days after I received the letter. I sent it through email and until now there is no reply from them. I tried to email them and the email address provided from the website is not working and my email keeps on telling me it is not delivered. Stay away from this company ... read more

This warranty company overcharges and under delivers. Had a starter go on my 2019 *** (which I brought brand new). The dealership service department stated both my batteries were collateral damage due to the bad starter which this company refused to cover at 2k dollars. Batteries are not covered per my warranty however if a covered component is the result of them going bad, then the later should be covered. *** warranty would have covered this. Beware of this 3rd party warranty company. Never buy if the manufacturers warrant... read more
My wheel bearings on my jeep rusted out. These are covered on my plan. CNA told me they would cover it so I put it in the shop. It took 5 hours to diagnose and repair the issues and then I was told they wouldn't cover the excess man hours. They said they would only pay for 3 hours of the work. I paid a considerable amount of money extra for this extended plan when I bought the car and the representatives on two occasions when I called them where rude and unconcerned and actually started treating me like I was an idiot. Worst company we have ever dealt with in our lifes. WE have been waiting for our claim to be paid for for over 7 months now and these thugs keep making new excuses everytime we call. I know hired both a collection agency and a lawyer to pay for a $12k ticket that they approved back in november
Business response:
We very much would like to discuss this with you. Would you please reach out to us at ************ and ask our operator to transfer you to a claims manager. We are unable to locate you in our system, otherwise we would be in contact with you. Thank you.
