Coit cleaned our carpet, area rugs, and upholstery. Everything looks brand new and so much brighter. The technician was thorough but efficient and took care to protect our hard wood floors. I highly recommend Coit.

I've lost count of how many years I've used COIT to clean my carpets and the travertine tile in my bathroom and shower. This morning the sun is shining on my freshly cleaned berber and you'd never know how old it is. COIT's not-so-secret weapon is Juan! He does a great job each and every time. He's so careful with my house and my belongings. And I trust him in my home. Time-tested quality and service. Thank you, Juan and COIT!

I had the estimator come out first & it is a great process, they outline all the options and clearly explain the costs. The clean team (2 people) were quick & efficient. I had furnace & all vents cleaned too. Good value. No secret fees or add-ons. Carpets look amazing!

Air Duct Cleaning- The carpet cleaning seemed expensive so I opted for the air duct cleaning and am so glad I did. It was $400 but for what these guys do and with COVID going on I'm glad we did. The house was built in 1970's and I don't believe it's ever been done. The truck they bring and the giant suction tubes they hooked up far exceeded my expectations. Last month I spilled a starbucks mocha on my new carpet and couldn't get it cleaned up. Today Coit came to clean it and did a fantastic job. This is the second time I've used them, and after this, even if I have to wait in line, I won't be experimenting with other cleaning services. Coit will be my go to. Next I plan to have them come clean my area rugs.

Coit came out for an initial cleaning of our carpet and did an okay job. We noticed that the traffic areas did not come very clean so we called and they scheduled a recleaning of the areas. Looks much better now, Billy did a great job. Overall Coit is expensive but they make it right until you are satisfied with their services.
