I Love how Coit's entire team From the time I had an Jack came out and to do an estimate to when Derek came out on an emergency call when in one and half hours, and helped us with our office stain. Although, I had a nightmare of a stain from olive oil spilling onto our carpet. We received fair honest an excellent service. If you need specialty or oriental rugs cleaned, this is the place to do it. They do an amazing job. I had a piece of work with an unknown stain that I was sure would never come out. Sure, it took a couple weeks but Doug was great communicating with me and in the end, my rug looks like new. I am thrilled and would always recommend this service.

We used Coit to clean our office furniture and clean existing white curtains that were in our new building we moved into. Excellent service, follow-up and cleaning! Highly recommend.

I've been using COIT Services for years. They are very thorough and professional - and reasonably priced. I recommend them for carpet and tile/grout cleaning.

My only problem is the original guy that came to see what needs to be done, told me to expect 2to 3 hours for the job...ok, two guys came and wasn't here an hour. I still see the same dust everyday coming from air ducts, lifted one and stuff flew out.. will not be scheduling them again or recommending them to anyone..

I setup an appointment to have them come by for a couch and sure enough, as expected they won't quote over the phone for a simple sofa cleaning. Based on all the terrible reviews and their interactions thus far via email I cancelled the appointment. It's not even worth it

It was advertised on the radio that services were half off. I ad a visit from Coit and they told me I could not get the discount because I did not have a big enough house. My home has three bedrooms. I am a designer in the furniture industry and I have recommended Coit numerous times. I will never recommend them again. They advertise falsely.

Don't bother contacting them... We have a 3000 sq ft home and only about 2000 sq ft is carpet. They won't give you an estimate over the phone based on that number. After reading all the terrible reviews and overpricing people.. We cancelled our appt for someone to come give us a quote. Bad business and quite annoying.

Had coir out for carpet cleaning and they did a good job. Gave me a quote for dryer vent cleaning without me asking to let me know that is something they do. Passed at the time. Just saw an add about 50% off all services so I called. They won't honor the quote as they said they have a $200.00 minimum. Misleading advertising. Just fyi.
