Spent over $500.00 having my kitchen blinds cleaned, along with shears and curtains in our bedroom. The blinds returned with the same stains still on the blind cord that holds the slats. Also, the installer Alex, broke the plastic tab inserted in our drywall, used to wrap excess cord length when the blinds are pulled up. The shears were fine, but the curtains were returned with the same stains as when they were picked up. We called COIT, they put us in touch with Alex. Wish, wish WISH I had read Yelp before calling COIT to have two chairs cleaned. First, I had to have an estimate. They would call me the day of the estimate to give me a two hour window. So, I have to keep the whole day free to wait for their window. The salesman arrived promptly and gave me a quote. Very disappointed in the quality of service for the amount of $$$ we paid. Had HVAC vents cleaned and carpet cleaned. Missed cleaning two vents so had to have them come back. Carpet was left soaking wet! Took four days to dry. Told us it would be dry in 24 hours. My home cleaner does a better job than that! We were also told by sales person that we would get before and after photos of our HVAC vents. When we asked techs about it, they looked at us like we were crazy. I had a stain on a beige couch. The first person that came to assess the job was very nice, he seemed very confident. The following day the guy that showed to clean it, had no enough gas in his truck to complete the job, he run to the gas station came back then I had to help him jump start his machine for it to work. I should have known then what kind of job this would be. Sprayed a ton of water on my couch, not only where the stain was, but all the way around, including my rug. We had Coit in the past and did a fantastic job. We used them again, as we thought they were great last time. The technician was very professional. They came out and reported our grout (which is one yr old) may not get totally clean. It was not extremely dirty by any means as the Tech noted. He asked if we wanted him to check out a sample area first, which looked good after he did it. Two no shows on scheduled appointments. No phone call, no explanation. After the first one I agreed to reschedule because we did want an estimate for duct cleaning, but after the second no show I learned that I don't want to bother with this company.

There were far too many phone calls and followups involved in dealing with Coit. I originally called and asked for expensive Roman shades to be cleaned as they were- didn't want a quote, just wanted someone to come out and do it. They said they would want to take them down- take them in to be cleaned, and brought back- and someone would have to come do a quote. Bait and switch I own a hi-rise condo in downtown Denver which makes it difficult to find a good carpet cleaner. Few companies are able to clean several stories up without the proper equipment. I tried calling the local family owned company I'd used in the past but unfortunately they were booked. I needed service over the weekend as the condo is being listed to sell on the following Monday. Horrible customer service and prices overrated! The guy showed up late to clean the ducts in my home and I had to change my plans to accommodate. The big hoses left scuff marks on my walls in various places. They don't use a camera system to show the dirt before and after which is a minus. Thought he would at least clean off the vent covers since he had to take them off anyways; thought wrong! I had him give me a quote to clean my carpets and area rugs.
