I had Coit come and do my whole home after my brother had moved out. He had a puppy that had spotted the carpet. Their pricing was fair, not the lowest nor the highest yet their reputation sold me. After completion the spots had not all came out, so the quality assurance manager as well as the general manager came out to attempt removing them. i had them come out and clean and polish my travatine. they did a beautiful job except they didnt move one piece of furniture and clean under it. I gave them a mixed review and heard back from them within days. They apologized and told me their representatives should have let me know they dont move electronics. Well they came back out, after i moved all the electronics and clean the area. Looks great and was worth the price. Also they did work very hard to fix the problem. Great customer service. Coit cleaned three cream-colored chairs and an ottoman for us for $300. They had not been cleaned before and they were really dirty. Coit did a great job! Everything looks much better. I will use them again.

Looking for excellent service and results? Call Coit. We had complete duct cleaning along with hardwood floor restoration and carpet cleaning. After Coit completed the hardwood, we accidently destroyed part of the floor finish. Coit came back THREE times for FREE to restore the surface. That is service above and beyond the expectations.

The task was to clean tile and grout and seal both. The tile is clean but the work on the grout to get out stains was not great. I was warned that some grout stains may not be removed but essentially, none were removed. I would suggest that Coit not claim to be able to remove any grout stains. This is a problem area but Coit does not have the ability to really do the job. The people, from Coit worked fast, came on time and were curtious.

Coit personnel did a great job. The carpet was more moist than we are used to but it dried beautifully and looks super.
