The estimator was excellent. Explained all procedures and gave you confidence in the job she was doing. We had a few problems with the guy who did the actual cleaning, but when I talked with management they bent over backwards to correct the problems. Management really cares about their employees doing a quality job with good public relations.

I have used Coit over the years for carpet cleaning and have always been satisfied. This cleaning was exceptional! Looks and smells so clean! Great job!

I called Coit in Englewood to clean my carpets and they did a great job; however I was really impressed when they went above and beyond to fix an issue that came along with the carpet cleaning. During the carpet cleaning there was an issue with my plumbing that caused a flood in a separate bedroom because of the water usage required to clean the carpets. Exceptional work. Professional take pride in their work! While a bit pricey. Worth it. Would recommend had kitchen tile and air duct cleaned.

Duct and dryer cleaning. Prompt, courteous. Would've been nice if they wore shoe covers. Missed cleaning one vent in kitchen and possibly one return that might be hard to reach for them. It seems to me there ought to be a way to measure how much they removed. Thought they could've given me a furnace filter to replace the one that got gunked up rather than use the spare I had for future use. I think it's too soon to assess how well they did flushing the system, but it seems to run much quieter.

They did a great job cleaning our area rugs they picked them up and delivered and set them up in the rooms they went to. They also cleaned our sofa and chair all went well.

I am impressed with COIT and their services! I had a friend manage to leave a transmission fluid stain on my sofa from his clothing and I immediately searched 'upholstery cleaning' on Google and the 1st result was COIT. I entered my information into their website and within 2 hours I received a very friendly phone call verifying my request, then the following day (1 day prior to estimate/service request) I received another friendly phone call from another woman just verifying my appointment. We had they clean our duct work and they were great! Showed up on time and were so informative about the process. They even found a problem with my furnace that needed attention!!! Great experience!
