I am impressed with COIT and their services! I had a friend manage to leave a transmission fluid stain on my sofa from his clothing and I immediately searched 'upholstery cleaning' on Google and the 1st result was COIT. I entered my information into their website and within 2 hours I received a very friendly phone call verifying my request, then the following day (1 day prior to estimate/service request) I received another friendly phone call from another woman just verifying my appointment. We had they clean our duct work and they were great! Showed up on time and were so informative about the process. They even found a problem with my furnace that needed attention!!! Great experience!

It's been awhile since we had our grout stained and it is holding up well. I would not however recommend Coit because of the service. They failed to tell us that nothing would be moved. I would have been happy to scoot the refrigerator over a bit myself to insure the grout would be covered well around it. There is plenty of room to move it one way or the other. I also had to do a lot of cleaning off of the color from my tiles. The job was not done with great care. There is still one place that was missed. It isn't super Ob... read more

Have always been pleased with the service but this time was a little different. Yes, the carpet was cleaned but the professionalism of the workers was less than satisfactory and one was absolutely not going to move any furniture that was heavy because "we at COIT do not wear those black back belts so we can not lift anything heavy". Something new! I had moved all the heavy furniture myself so what was left I thought was manageable for the hired employees. We had 3 services performed: - Dryer vent, to remove accumulated lint. - Oriental carpet, removed from home for cleaning. - Wall to wall carpet, cleaned in the home. Was surprised at how affordable the services were. All services done on schedule with excellent results. We recommend this firm to anyone needing these and/or the the types of services offered by this firm.

I called about an area rug with an intense blueberry smoothie stain. This was dark purple on a cream rug... Ugly. I did not have high hopes. They came to pick it up and dropped it off a week later. I couldn't believe it. It was like nothing ever happened. A perfect rug came back after a rug murder. If they can get this out, they can get your stain out.

I have used COIT many times and I am never disappointed. They are always very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have had furniture steam cleaned, ducts and my dryer vent cleaned as well as tile and grout. I really wouldn't even consider using anyone else. I don't consider them expensive because you "get what you pay for"! COIT does it right the first time!
