I scheduled a carpet cleaning over a month ago and today was the day it was completed. Two technicians arrived and while they were nice people, they did a terrible job. I requested two bedrooms and an area rug to be cleaned. We had some pet stains underneath the bed that we pointed out. AFTER the technicians left, AND we paid $400!!! The carpet with the pet stains still looked awful. My husband pulled out our little hand model carpet cleaner and sucked more dirt out and left the carpet stain free. Never used their services, however, if the rest of their staff is as professional as the one I had an encounter with today.. i can't even imagine how bad it is. I will preface this with I am a pregnant women and was screamed at "dumbass" over and over. I was in the Starbucks drive though this morning and noticed a car just on the side of the drive through, not in line for it, so I just kept driving up to the order box and didn't think anything of it. I live in Louviers, Colorado not San Francisco. I don't know why that is on there. This review if for COIT in Denver. While the quality of the techs work was great, the pricing is ridiculous. $12.00 per square foot so if you have 60 square feet of granite it works out  to 720.00. Then they give you a 35% discount which work out to $468.00. Tech show s up and works for 45 minutes. Do the math - very expensive. Just give me a price for the work, forget the fancy stuff.

Unfortunately, while we have used COIT before, I cannot recommend them to anyone. We had an appointment scheduled and when we called to confirm they would be there the day before our appointment, we were told that someone should have called us as they could no longer do our scheduled cleaning and had to move us to the following week. That would be just fine if we weren't having an engagement party for our daughter this weekend. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. I will never use them again.

Called on Friday to confirm my apt for Monday. They called me on Saturday to reschedule my appt 7 days out because to the tech "has to attend a very important meeting". Delaying 1 or two days is fine. 7 days? Unacceptable.

Absolute horrible service. Scheduled carpet cleaning a week ago because we are putting our house on the market Monday. Scheduled for today, Saturday, with the driver coming between 11-1pm. The driver came at 11:40am. Never called to let us know he was on the way. When he showed up, he called once and never came to the door. After 5 minutes he left, because we never answered his phone call because we were downstairs preparing our house for the cleaning. Never again will I use Coit. They did not clean my area rug the 1st time so they picked it and was going to soak it and make sure it didn't come back with the smell of dog pee. Well got it back today and they did not soak it, 1st of all they picked it up on Wednesday February 17 and called me Friday the 19th so they can bring it back on Saturday. Now I know the carpet would not have been dried by then, so they kept it until today the 24th of February and it came back the same way. I will not use them again nor do I reco... read more

They took my custom made cellular blinds cleaned them brought them back and one of the large windows, they hung the blind in two pieces. They told me "nothing lasts forever", even though I was not told this could happen. They won't work with me or talk with me about helping with a replacement blind.

Update: The sofa feels harder than before. It's not as soft. Feels like a completely different sofa. I hope this changes over time or I'll just have to purchase a whole new sofa. I regret this company more than I can say.
