Unfortunately, we spent so much money on a service that did not help our situation at all. We got the service to clean out our vents because of the dust in our home. We were given a quote to $400 to clean the vents. We thought the price was a little high already just to clean the vents but with the Coit name we thought it would be worth it. This is the worst. I have had pets and carpet cleaning for many years. I know prices. I had COIT come out to do my basement carpet. I spent over an hour moving everything out of the way. He came, and quoted me an outrageous amount of over $600 to do my basement family room area. This was including my "40% off preferred client" promo. I told him I wouldn't pay a dollar over $500, which I still thought was overpriced (I was expecting $300) but after moving everything I didn't want to wait to call another company. Coit commercials sucks! The doorbell on the ad has to Go! It drives my dogs crazy and loud. It makes me so mad,I don't want to use this company!

BE WARNED. I read Coit's 50% off ad and requested a tile & grout cleaning estimate. For 120 sq fit the estimate was $270 + $32 "service fee" for a total of $302. And that was supposedly 50% off! I went online and looked at other companies. I received an online estimate from Stanley Steemer for a regular price of $216 + a $23 discount for a total of $193. That is a $109 savings over Coit's supposedly 50% off sale.

I have used Coit for many years for many different projects. After this last experience I won't be using them again. I called them to have them clean the tile in my shower. It turns out they no longer do grout, of which I was not aware. I noticed after they left that there was black mold in the shower that they had not removed. Overall an unsatisfactory experience. Definitely not worth the price!

I scheduled a carpet cleaning over a month ago and today was the day it was completed. Two technicians arrived and while they were nice people, they did a terrible job. I requested two bedrooms and an area rug to be cleaned. We had some pet stains underneath the bed that we pointed out. AFTER the technicians left, AND we paid $400!!! The carpet with the pet stains still looked awful. My husband pulled out our little hand model carpet cleaner and sucked more dirt out and left the carpet stain free. Never used their services, however, if the rest of their staff is as professional as the one I had an encounter with today.. i can't even imagine how bad it is. I will preface this with I am a pregnant women and was screamed at "dumbass" over and over. I was in the Starbucks drive though this morning and noticed a car just on the side of the drive through, not in line for it, so I just kept driving up to the order box and didn't think anything of it. I live in Louviers, Colorado not San Francisco. I don't know why that is on there. This review if for COIT in Denver. While the quality of the techs work was great, the pricing is ridiculous. $12.00 per square foot so if you have 60 square feet of granite it works out  to 720.00. Then they give you a 35% discount which work out to $468.00. Tech show s up and works for 45 minutes. Do the math - very expensive. Just give me a price for the work, forget the fancy stuff.

Unfortunately, while we have used COIT before, I cannot recommend them to anyone. We had an appointment scheduled and when we called to confirm they would be there the day before our appointment, we were told that someone should have called us as they could no longer do our scheduled cleaning and had to move us to the following week. That would be just fine if we weren't having an engagement party for our daughter this weekend. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. I will never use them again.
