Get directionsIf I could less than 1 star I would- after conferencing with the Sales Rep over cleaning our 3 long Oriental stair runners- that were more than $1300 each, I was assured that they would make sure the colors would not fade. I received them back in 1 week, and they looked like dirty water was spilled on them and dried (cream colored with flowers near dark green borders and off white fringe). I called to complain and the gal nearly begged me to give them another chance to clean. I sent them back again, after paying and 5 wee... read more
Worse than not receiving the service I agreed to, was the insulting phone call I received from the manager. Coit states on their site that although not a repair service for blinds, they do offer it as a courtesy. With clear written instructions to receive a call if they could not repair the blind as I would hold off on the $600.00 to have them cleaned, it was returned unusable. I paid in full as I had additional blinds cleaned and was told the broken blind would be repaired correctly. A week later I did indeed get it back a... read more
We needed carpet cleaning, so I went online and set up an appointment. I got an email confirmation with a note that someone would call to confirm. The day and time came, and went, but no Coit, no call. I tried the 800 number, left a message, but no one ever called me back. I called the local number in Buffalo, left a message, and no one ever called back. We called Stanley Steemer, and they were at our house within an hour and did a great job.
Incredibly over priced. I got an estimate to clean six rooms, stairs, and carpet stretching. $1,750!! This is with their AMAZING 40% discount.... what a pathetic joke. Coit charges .60 a square foot, $6 a stair, and charges per carpet stretch. Two other estimates; First estimate was $717, Second estimate was $630. Both of the "other companies" charge between .25 to .30 for steam cleaning, $2-3 a stair, and carpet stretching is by the hour. Both of the "other companies" have Five Star ratings on Yelp. Stay away from C... read more
Extremely expensive. They have service charge, and minimum $124 charge even before the "great" 35% discount. I took a day off from work for for the carpet cleaning. COIT did not follow their commitment and show at 1000, at 1300, at 1600, or at 1800. I called them, they did not call me Someone called at 1930 but I have had it, and went home from my rental. None hours wasted for me in an empty house, Sucks. Overpriced, unreliable, mismanaged, sucks. I regret I can not give a negative 5 star rating. I will never use C... read more
So paid 1000 $ for 2 chairs and vent cleaning. The worst company ever. Chairs have more stain now that before. Now they won't stop calling. I get at least 3 a day from them. No I will never use you again. Stop calling!!!
Only 1 star for the ability to write this review. This is by far the least professional company , offering the poorest workmanship. It has been over a year since we called them to restore our foyers marble floor. Firstly the representative who came out to assess the area promised us great results, claiming the company does similar jobs routinely. The grout needed cleaning or maybe restoration of some sort. The individual tiles in the high traffic area were dull. We had moved in only a few months before. We told the r... read more
Very expensive for what they do. They say they give a discount. Ha ha. Told them I had dog marks on my carpet and they said they could take it out. When they got to the house I told them about this and they said it would cost more money to spray the carpet first. I was already concerned about their price, but I needed to have the dog stains removed. So I paid another $150 for that. All they are interested in is money money money. Would never use them again. I will use a local company next time.I have a large home, five bedro... read more
Assured me they could remove stain, but the story changed later. I spoke in length with the supervisor, Dennis, who I scheduled the cleaning with, and told him that I had a tough stain that I hadn't been able to get out of my camel-colored couch... a bit of black ink and some oil. I told him that I'd tried to remove the ink but now the stain was still there, with a lighter color around it. He assured me that they could get out anything... that they'd even removed black magic marker from fabric, and he assured me that it ... read more
