They took my custom made cellular blinds cleaned them brought them back and one of the large windows, they hung the blind in two pieces. They told me "nothing lasts forever", even though I was not told this could happen. They won't work with me or talk with me about helping with a replacement blind.

Update: The sofa feels harder than before. It's not as soft. Feels like a completely different sofa. I hope this changes over time or I'll just have to purchase a whole new sofa. I regret this company more than I can say.

Will not honor online appointments. Rude. Lied about why they will not honor appointment and then I suggested I go elsewhere for my service.

One star because I had to give something even though no stars is what I wanted. After five phone calls, one conversation with the manager and a promise to "make things right", my scheduled appointment is in fact a debacle. I Scheduled service for duct and carpet cleaning a week ahead of time and when I was called to confirm my appointment it was for an estimate only and not to have the cleaning done. Coit over estimated the square footage on our tile cleaning job by 36 sf. We had them remeasure and their person agreed. Our refund took weeks to receive after emails and several phone calls. Then they charged us another service charge of around $30! I guess we paid for the remeasure. Very poor customer service.

Buyer Beware: Though the service people were polite , their billing practices are suspect. First I was overcharged ; what I was quoted was not accurate as there are many hidden fees attached. Then, when I tried to pay my bill, I was given several different totals ranging from what I was originally quoted to figures reflecting those hidden fees. I would NOT recommend this company. Again, I say , BUYER BEWARE!!!

If I could less than 1 star I would- after conferencing with the Sales Rep over cleaning our 3 long Oriental stair runners- that were more than $1300 each, I was assured that they would make sure the colors would not fade. I received them back in 1 week, and they looked like dirty water was spilled on them and dried (cream colored with flowers near dark green borders and off white fringe). Worse than not receiving the service I agreed to, was the insulting phone call I received from the manager. Coit states on their site that although not a repair service for blinds, they do offer it as a courtesy. With clear written instructions to receive a call if they could not repair the blind as I would hold off on the $600.00 to have them cleaned, it was returned unusable. We needed carpet cleaning, so I went online and set up an appointment. I got an email confirmation with a note that someone would call to confirm. The day and time came, and went, but no Coit, no call. I tried the 800 number, left a message, but no one ever called me back. I called the local number in Buffalo, left a message, and no one ever called back. We called Stanley Steemer, and they were at our house within an hour and did a great job.
