Called on Friday to confirm my apt for Monday. They called me on Saturday to reschedule my appt 7 days out because to the tech "has to attend a very important meeting". Delaying 1 or two days is fine. 7 days? Unacceptable.

Absolute horrible service. Scheduled carpet cleaning a week ago because we are putting our house on the market Monday. Scheduled for today, Saturday, with the driver coming between 11-1pm. The driver came at 11:40am. Never called to let us know he was on the way. When he showed up, he called once and never came to the door. After 5 minutes he left, because we never answered his phone call because we were downstairs preparing our house for the cleaning. Never again will I use Coit. They did not clean my area rug the 1st time so they picked it and was going to soak it and make sure it didn't come back with the smell of dog pee. Well got it back today and they did not soak it, 1st of all they picked it up on Wednesday February 17 and called me Friday the 19th so they can bring it back on Saturday. They took my custom made cellular blinds cleaned them brought them back and one of the large windows, they hung the blind in two pieces. They told me "nothing lasts forever", even though I was not told this could happen. They won't work with me or talk with me about helping with a replacement blind.

Update: The sofa feels harder than before. It's not as soft. Feels like a completely different sofa. I hope this changes over time or I'll just have to purchase a whole new sofa. I regret this company more than I can say.

Will not honor online appointments. Rude. Lied about why they will not honor appointment and then I suggested I go elsewhere for my service.

One star because I had to give something even though no stars is what I wanted. After five phone calls, one conversation with the manager and a promise to "make things right", my scheduled appointment is in fact a debacle. I Scheduled service for duct and carpet cleaning a week ahead of time and when I was called to confirm my appointment it was for an estimate only and not to have the cleaning done. Coit over estimated the square footage on our tile cleaning job by 36 sf. We had them remeasure and their person agreed. Our refund took weeks to receive after emails and several phone calls. Then they charged us another service charge of around $30! I guess we paid for the remeasure. Very poor customer service.

Buyer Beware: Though the service people were polite , their billing practices are suspect. First I was overcharged ; what I was quoted was not accurate as there are many hidden fees attached. Then, when I tried to pay my bill, I was given several different totals ranging from what I was originally quoted to figures reflecting those hidden fees. I would NOT recommend this company. Again, I say , BUYER BEWARE!!!
