After going to the home show I got a call that I had won 45% off services. I had Coit come out and give us a quote. They were about 35% higher than my other quotes, but with the 45% discount they were competitive. The next day I got a call asking if I had gotten my quote, I said yes. They asked if I would like to schedule the cleaning of my carpet. My reply was yes if they could do it on a weekend as I work full time. She said yes; we can do it this Saturday if you would like. Left rugs way to wet. Wanted to put an area rug down on den carpet, clean it and then put it back on my hardwood floor. I made him take it out o the drive as I was told it had to be done that way by their sales person,, because obviously a wet rug left on the hardwood floor will possibly permanently damage the hardwood floor. Good thing I made him take it out on the drive to clean it neither rug was dry in 24 hrs and the den was still damp in 36 hrs, That means they left WAY to much water and didn't get the rug vacuume... read more

The sales guy misquoted pricing and the tech demonstrated a very lackadaisical effort on cleaning my restaurants bathrooms and kitchen walls. Will not recommend this company.

Actually zero stars. Hal in Bailey is rude, he was late over an hour and a 1/2 two times. When I called to remind to come, him he laughed it off until I reminded him he didn't show up the night before when he called to reschedule for Saturday morning at 8am. He informed me he was here to sell carpet cleaning when I was scheduled to have a single room cleaned. I am very disappointed in the results of my carpet cleaning. The area rugs were removed for one week, returned and looked no cleaner than when they were picked up. All of this at quite an expense. I am sorry that i cannot be positive regarding the results of the cleaning. I cannot recommend Coit to others! The two gentleman who picked up and delivered the rugs were exceptionally professional and pleasant. Very bad service and complete disregard for scheduling times. When I spoke with Harold the manager there was no apology and no plan to correct their poor planning. Call Neisheims cleaning. I'll be taking substantial business there for better quality and service.

I have been waiting for Coit to call me to see how my cleaning went. Nobody has, nobody cares. In my opinion, the cleaning was a waste of money. I scheduled this after a renovation and my carpet is as dusty now as it was before Coit came. The equipment leaked, the service guy was clueless and left the door fully open to the outdoors on a hot mid-90s day until I asked him not to, the van expelled exhaust into our garage which then came into the kitchen so we had an exhaust filled kitchen, he dragged hoses, etc. across the... read more

I called COIT to get a general BALL PARK estimate. I said my total home is 1400 sq ft. And I was going to do 3 of the rooms and stairs. They stated $150 to $190. The person shows up day of cleaning $338.00 (( with the 35% off coupon )). And only offered, I knew they would be wrong. Do you want to do it or not? I want that whole day of my life back! I recently had my carpets and air ducts cleaned (for a small fortune). My carpets are clean but anyone can do that, and for far less money. The HVAC system is a different story... HVAC literally means "heating, ventilation and air conditioning" however, to COIT it just means air ducts.
