The job was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The technician was helpful; however, the kitchen area needs to have additional work. The tile flooring under the refrigerator and stove was overlooked, nor was any recommendation made for this area. The technician must return to complete this area, the appliances have been moved to provide easy access for the technicians equipment. I gave notice Sunday and requested a return service call.

Called Coit out to give us an estimate on our shower tile and grout. Service tech started the job then called and said he's gonna have to charge additional, agreed since he had already started. Not happy at all with finished product. I would not recommend using them for this type of service

Eric and his assistant did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. They arrived on time and cleaned the carpets quickly. I had a few special requests and they took care of everything seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Coit Carpet Cleaning.

Performed his work in a professional and timely manner. However, the workers should consult with the homeowner about how they can fill their water containers. I would’ve preferred the worker use the bathroom faucet as opposed to my kitchen. I am very happy with the job. He did excellent work.Thanks

We called Coit to remove pet odors, clean the couch & carpets. The technician, Heston Hughes was amazing. He was on time, polite, and explained the process thoroughly. I usually hate having workers in my home but he was a pleasure. …several days later and my house still smells great and the furniture looks brand new. I will be requesting Heston again very soon. Thank you Coit 🙂
