This is the second time we've had COIT out this year. This time, we had them clean all the tile and all the hardwood floors in the house. The guys were just terrific. They went above and beyond, working hard to get everything done for us in a short amount of time. Luis and his partner did detailed work, helped us out in some very "hard-to-clean" areas, and made our place look better than when we first moved in 12 years ago. Amazing. We'll be calling on them again soon to clean our fabric furniture.
