As a first-time Coit customer, I wasn't sure what to expect -- but Luis Pacheco made it an absolute pleasure. He arrived right on time, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process, and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. The kind of technician who makes you feel like you're in good hands from the moment he walks in the door. I'll 100% be requesting him again. So glad I gave Coit a try!
Luis & Carlos did a fantastic job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet and a L-shaped sofa. They were very professional, explained the process clearly including optimal drying time. We highly recommend them and COIT cleaning.

Luis Pacheco is one of the top carpet cleaner technicians who have ever serviced my home. He was very professional, punctual, and made my carpets look new. In addition, I noticed how he worked with his assistant. training him and being supportive as a good teacher should. I have my carpets cleaned annually and will request him again next year.
