I had water damage from a roof leak in my closet and Coit found a small patch of mold, which they remediated successfully . Rudolfo, Henry & Alfredo were my technicians and patched and painting my closet and now it looks brand new again. I highly recommend Coit. I've also used them for air duct cleaning and shower tile cleaning and have always been happy with their expert service. Thank you so much!

I had a gentleman come out on Saturday to my home to look at my dryer ducts and give me an estimate. His name was Eric and he was so very informative and kind and went above and beyond his job and very personable. I was very impressed by him. I've used Coit in the past when i had carpets and they were amazing so that is why i called them again. I called for a quote to clean my sofa and Euro cushions. They came out in a couple days. After looking at it, the tech didn't recommend cleaning it because the cats had scratched up the sides. That's true but I wanted it cleaned anyway - we're going to put a sofa cover over it. It's a 30 year old beige sofa and I love it. As the tech said, they couldn't get all the stains out completely but it still looks great. Very happy. Thanks Oscar and (forgot name). Also price reasonable for the job.

We received great service from Enrique (Sales Tech #518) the Coit technician who came to clean our tile. Enrique was very professional and called to let me know his time of arrival. When he arrived he assessed the situation and gave me a price for the job. I explained to him that the Company rescheduled me 3 times and I never received a call from any management of the company (I did request a call to explain this rescheduling issue). Usually technicians arrive within a window at the last hour, let me tell you if you can request the best Jesse and William (power team) to come service your place I'd highly recommend. They arrived 15 mins early, jumped out inspected within 2 mins and got to work, cleaned our 7 air vents, and dryer vent within 1 hour. The price is amazing too when you are looking for respectful honest business. These guys were amazing and I look forward to more services in the future. Take care Jesse stay strong brotha!! Will

We had an issue with a dryer that was not drying. I had a suspicion that the vent tube was clogged causing the issue. I was referred to COIT in Monrovia to remedy the problem. They were quick to set the appointment up and then showed up right on time as promised. The technicians, Joey, Eric and Dominic were fantastic.
