No show. Coit texted to confirm the appointment window and I responded but they did not acknowledge the response so I called. They confirmed the appointment window, but nobody showed up, ever. At five minutes past the end of the window, I called the company and their automated system out me on hold for 15 minutes. Still nobody ever showed up or texted or called so we will not be doing business with Coit in the future, ever.

Two years ago I lost my dog to Bladder Cancer, needless to say the accidents in the house were frequent. Coit came out and were nice enough to repeat the process again without charging since the urine from a 60 lb dog was quite noticeable and I was very grateful as I am living off of Social Security and have a small animal rescue job. Moving forward I had to call Coit once more because my senior dog I adopted two years ago has some infrequent accidents away from the many P PADS, and I still have my carpet. It's incredibly frustrating that after 15 years of loyalty, they still insist on sending a technician for an estimate every time. The square footage never changes. When I called to make an appointment, I asked for the previous charge and square footage, but the receptionist claimed to have no information. The carpet area remains the same at 295 ft.². My experience scheduling both pick up and delivery with Coit was extraordinarily bad. I requested morning appointments 4 times, and I was scheduled for afternoon appointments 4 times. I even called to confirm my AM appointment WHILE THEY WERE PREPARING THE NEXT DAY SCHEDULES, just as a reminder. I still received an afternoon appointment. I had used this service several times before with good results, however, never again. I do not recommend.

Considering the quality of #Elite option services below and overall look after #Elite option jobs were done, it was not much worthy of #Elite option and satisfying. Definitely overly charged and price gouged. The technician visited my place a week before the appointment was made. Estimated total was $900. and then once the #Elite jobs were done, the technician added more and made the subtotal of $1,446. Quoted me $180 for 2 rooms. Shows up and says it's going to be $1000 instead!! Ridiculous. Said they'd give a "discount" to $600. $400 for just one room. Absolutely not. Just hire a TaskRabbit instead, these people will try to rip you off. Their voicemail box is also full, so if they don't pick up you're out of luck ‍. IMO unprofessional. Do not hire.

I hired Coit due to their reputation ! I hired them to clean a love seat, sofa,arm chair and an area rug . They offered to take the area rug to shampoo and hang dry at their place of business and will return within 5-7 days later. They took the area rug on 10-11-23. The area rug is cream and sage green shag rug. No stains on the rug just wanted it cleaned since the furniture was getting cleaned. They made 3 appointments to return the rug and cancelled each time, due to no personnel is what I was told by the delivery guys... read more
