Get directionsCoit is terrible and I will never use them again. I was a customer for 35 years. They picked up my rug, charged me to clean it in advance, did not clean it, did not tell me they had not cleaned it, then returned it filthy. When I asked about a refund I was told they were "working on it." Josh, the Operations Manager, was particularly horrible to deal with. Avoid Coit at any and all costs.
I hired Coit Cleaning to clean my tile and grout. They did a horrible job. They left my floors 100 times worse than when they started. The tile throughout my house will now need to be replaced. They had many excuses but no solution to the mess they made. They still charged me over $2000 even though satisfaction was supposedly guaranteed. What a mistake I made in hiring them. I'm sick about it!
I have never left a negative review before, but my experience with this company was so beyond unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. I was quoted $150 twice by two different people for cleaning two small areas (barely walkways because I have a lot of furniture). We are looking for furniture deep cleaning services and carpeted stairs deep cleaning. We called last week to schedule for someone to come out to us. They informed us that the cleaners will come and give us an estimate/quote of how much the service would be. If we accept the quote, they will begin immediately! No show. Coit texted to confirm the appointment window and I responded but they did not acknowledge the response so I called. They confirmed the appointment window, but nobody showed up, ever. At five minutes past the end of the window, I called the company and their automated system out me on hold for 15 minutes. Still nobody ever showed up or texted or called so we will not be doing business with Coit in the future, ever.
Two years ago I lost my dog to Bladder Cancer, needless to say the accidents in the house were frequent. Coit came out and were nice enough to repeat the process again without charging since the urine from a 60 lb dog was quite noticeable and I was very grateful as I am living off of Social Security and have a small animal rescue job. It's incredibly frustrating that after 15 years of loyalty, they still insist on sending a technician for an estimate every time. The square footage never changes. When I called to make an appointment, I asked for the previous charge and square footage, but the receptionist claimed to have no information. The carpet area remains the same at 295 ft.². It has been 2 days and my wife still has not received a call back from the supervisor! This company sucks!!
My experience scheduling both pick up and delivery with Coit was extraordinarily bad. I requested morning appointments 4 times, and I was scheduled for afternoon appointments 4 times. I even called to confirm my AM appointment WHILE THEY WERE PREPARING THE NEXT DAY SCHEDULES, just as a reminder. I still received an afternoon appointment. I had used this service several times before with good results, however, never again. I do not recommend.
