I have never needed to have my air ducts cleaned before, but James Zell did a great job explaining the process and setting everything up. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and thorough, and the team worked with me while I moved my cat room to room so they could clean the vents in each of the bedrooms. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this company from start to finish.

I called Coit after I had a terrible disaster and dropped black paint all over the hallway of my apartment building. So obviously I was panicked and called the first person I could find to come clean it and that was Stanley Steemer. While the work seemed good at first, after it dried, the stains from the paint came back and I was freaking out so I got Coit out that day. I have used Coit in my home numerous times. I would definitely recommend to anyone! And the bad reviews about the times of appointment being off an hour or so, these technicians drive all over the place! They can have one stop in Monrovia, second stop in Beverly Hills and the third an hour away. They don't do it to lose money for the company. After checking around for upholstery cleaning, Coit was the least expensive and were readily available to come the next day; I was quoted $240.00 to clean my 12 foot couch, upon arrival it went up to $300.00; I agreed, the technician was less than friendly, and he had a pretty bad cough; the back of the couch was not cleaned, even he said it was; overall it was ok..

Used Coit to clean and refresh my 13 year old vinyl kitchen floor on Oct 29. Got an appt the very next day and Josh arrived exactly on time. He was completely professional and did an excellent job. The floors look practically brand new! I will call them again when I am ready to do my wood floors and bathroom tile. Highly recommend Coit and Josh in particular

This was my first time using COIT after multiple different companies didn't measure up quality wise. Well they sent us MARC who was super friendly and hard working. He honored the amount of our phone quote and brought a near dingy carpet back to it's beige glory. My mother needed carpets cleaned and germ free because of a surgery and he recommended the deodorizer/sanitizer for her well being. Thanks MARC, for the beautiful carpets.

Make sure to ask for Dmitry Tokarev!!! Coit came out on Saturday and I was quite disappointed with the results of the grout cleaning of my shower. I shared my dissatisfaction with the technician who did not handle it well, but got me to a supervisor who rescheduled another technician to come out. Clearly the supervisor wanted to make it right. He sent Dmitry who did a little test spot first, then after my review and approval, went to work. The tile job is about 15 years old and he did a great job returning it to it's ne... read more

Thank you for taking the time to make a personal phone call to me to address my problem. It is good to know that there are still businesses out there who take the time to do this. I sincerely appreciate your care and concern and will call Coit again in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
