I am sorry that I did not get the names of both men who came to our home today. They arrived at the very beginning of the window we were given. They went to work immediately inspecting the house and gave us an estimate that was acceptable to us and inline with one other estimate we received. We accepted the estimate and they went to work right away. Both men were personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for making this process a pleasure.

Jessie and William were great - polite, personable AND super honest - I was getting my air ducts vacuumed but they advised against it because there was some deterioration inside and disturbing it could loosen fiberglass and that would blow out.They could have easily charged me to do it but they were honest! Thank you both!

I called to make an appointment, had to leave a message but they did respond within 24 hours. I told the person that I did not get off work until 1pm but would be home by 1:30pm. When I asked for a price I was told the cleaning person would give it to me. I asked what a minimum would be and was told $125 (I figured it would actually be around $250). I hired Coit Cleaning and Restoration to clean all air conditioning ducts in my home. My floors and counter tops seem to never stay clean and I learned on of the possibility that the air conditioning ducts need cleaning. I picked Coit becuase of a recommendation from my heating and air conditioning company. I learned Coit is certified to do duct cleaning to meet air standards. They came two days later and on time. We hired COIT to clean tile and grout in our condo, which was built in the 1980's and last renovated in 2005. Jerry, our salesman, did an excellent job of recommending technicians that could handle our neglected tile and grout. Our lead technician, Andrae, and his team were excellent. They did a thorough job in all areas and Andrae had some good suggestions for how to keep the tile and grout clean. We hardly recognized the tile after it had been cleaned! Great job and much appreciated!

I was concerned about obtaining a quote from COIT in Monrovia after reading some of the less-than-stellar reviews on YELP. Plus, it was puzzling that their reviews on GOOGLE were good. Confusing polar-opposite data, but it didn't hurt anything to have them come out for a quote especially since an online quote from another company was very high. I have never needed to have my air ducts cleaned before, but James Zell did a great job explaining the process and setting everything up. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and thorough, and the team worked with me while I moved my cat room to room so they could clean the vents in each of the bedrooms. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this company from start to finish.

I called Coit after I had a terrible disaster and dropped black paint all over the hallway of my apartment building. So obviously I was panicked and called the first person I could find to come clean it and that was Stanley Steemer. While the work seemed good at first, after it dried, the stains from the paint came back and I was freaking out so I got Coit out that day.
