Usually technicians arrive within a window at the last hour, let me tell you if you can request the best Jesse and William (power team) to come service your place I'd highly recommend. They arrived 15 mins early, jumped out inspected within 2 mins and got to work, cleaned our 7 air vents, and dryer vent within 1 hour. The price is amazing too when you are looking for respectful honest business. These guys were amazing and I look forward to more services in the future. Take care Jesse stay strong brotha!! Will

We had an issue with a dryer that was not drying. I had a suspicion that the vent tube was clogged causing the issue. I was referred to COIT in Monrovia to remedy the problem. They were quick to set the appointment up and then showed up right on time as promised. The technicians, Joey, Eric and Dominic were fantastic. I am sorry that I did not get the names of both men who came to our home today. They arrived at the very beginning of the window we were given. They went to work immediately inspecting the house and gave us an estimate that was acceptable to us and inline with one other estimate we received. We accepted the estimate and they went to work right away. Both men were personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for making this process a pleasure.

Jessie and William were great - polite, personable AND super honest - I was getting my air ducts vacuumed but they advised against it because there was some deterioration inside and disturbing it could loosen fiberglass and that would blow out.They could have easily charged me to do it but they were honest! Thank you both!

I called to make an appointment, had to leave a message but they did respond within 24 hours. I told the person that I did not get off work until 1pm but would be home by 1:30pm. When I asked for a price I was told the cleaning person would give it to me. I asked what a minimum would be and was told $125 (I figured it would actually be around $250). I hired Coit Cleaning and Restoration to clean all air conditioning ducts in my home. My floors and counter tops seem to never stay clean and I learned on of the possibility that the air conditioning ducts need cleaning. I picked Coit becuase of a recommendation from my heating and air conditioning company. I learned Coit is certified to do duct cleaning to meet air standards. They came two days later and on time. We hired COIT to clean tile and grout in our condo, which was built in the 1980's and last renovated in 2005. Jerry, our salesman, did an excellent job of recommending technicians that could handle our neglected tile and grout. Our lead technician, Andrae, and his team were excellent. They did a thorough job in all areas and Andrae had some good suggestions for how to keep the tile and grout clean. We hardly recognized the tile after it had been cleaned! Great job and much appreciated!

I was concerned about obtaining a quote from COIT in Monrovia after reading some of the less-than-stellar reviews on YELP. Plus, it was puzzling that their reviews on GOOGLE were good. Confusing polar-opposite data, but it didn't hurt anything to have them come out for a quote especially since an online quote from another company was very high.
