We have used COIT for rug and carpet cleaning over the years with good results and dependable service. Today had COIT from Monrovia office clean our hvac ducts and dryer vent. Totally satisfied with their professional and courteous service, including accommodating our escape-prone house cats. I usually go with local non-corporate service providers but I hesitate to trade off for a company that I have found reliable.

Had to get four rooms cleaned which included three medium sized rugs and my tiles cleaned aswell.....had a great experience good customer service and everything done in a timely manner. Price was also very reasonable.

I hired COIT to clean my sectional and drapes about 5 years ago. Everything went great. So it was a no-brainer to have them clean my drapes again. They also agreed to repair a tear in the lining at no extra cost. After they were cleaned and re-hung, I noticed that the repair job was poorly done...and then I saw a new tear in the lining of the same panel. The technician couldn't explain the poor repair job but explained that the new tear was probably a result of sun damage. He took the panel down and returned it to the shop... read more

Last week Chris came out and cleaned our carpet. It was really dirty as my wife had a couple major surgeries last year and cleaning the carpet got put on the back burner. Chris did a great job the carpet is spotless and he really took his time and made sure he got it all. I highly recommend them and ask for Chris he does the job right the first time.

I recently hired Coit to clean and seal the marble tile kitchen floor, the bathroom floor tiles and travertine. When the job was completed I was happy with the results until the seal dried. I became aware of a couple of discrepancies that was not to my satisfaction. I posted a Yelp review stating the discrepancies. I previously had taken area rugs to Coit for cleaning, but this time I decided to have them come to the house to clean the carpet and several pieces of our furniture. The technician, Juan, arrived on time and did a quick and fair estimate. We OKed the estimate, and he proceeded to work industriously for about two hours. 9/2/2017 2 workers didn't show up for work in our area, somthe Company sent Jose Quintero to do our deep carpet cleaning. Turn out, he is the best worker the company can send out. Not only he provided excellent services, he's also vey pleasant & very smart in handling everything. This Company is very fortunate to have Jose Q. As their staff

I called COIT because I saw the neighbor was using them. Glad I did. They were having 40% off special, so I got 3 rooms of wool carpet, very large wool area rug, and several windows of draperies and valances done all for $550. I thought that was great. Nice people, courteous, friendly, great attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks, COIT. I have already recommended you to another neighbor.
