We had wall to wall rugs in two bedrooms and a variety of area rugs cleaned by a knowledgeable and skilled technician Luis Pacheco. Very professional, efficient, moved furniture and replaced the rugs according to my instructions. Luis phoned to confirm appt., explained all the procedures, gave estimates on duct cleaning, cement cleaning and tile and grout, good for 90 days. With relatives coming in for the holidays, we needed to get our guest room ready!! Luis Pacheco did superb work for sectional couch, area rug, everything looking and feeling fresh!! 100% recommend.

Great job on deep cleaning my bathroom tile. Luis Paclero made sure I was satisfied with the job before stopping. I had him redo areas and he was happy to do so. Very knowledgeable about the floor. I would recommend his service.

I am happy to post this review for the service provided by COIT in cleaning a large wool area rug within my home. My technician, Heston Hughes, did a great job of removing the stains. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and was fast, yet efficient. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely call on COIT again in the future. Thanks, COIT.

I had been struggling with keeping my stone tiles clean and getting them back to an acceptable appearance. I finally gave up and called Coit Monrovia. Heston Hughes was the representative. He communicated well, did an excellent job and was friendly. I don't have to be embarrassed about the condition of our home any longer. I would highly recommend this company and Heston for future jobs.

Hello, I'm sending this review on behalf of my grandmother (who is not tech savvy). She wanted to let you know she was 100% percent satisfied with the work that was completed at her home. She had some rooms with carpet cleaned and she was pleased. She also wanted to let you know that your tech Isaiah was awesome, very friendly and pleasant and took pride in doing his job. Luis Pacheco from Coit cleaned and sanitized our carpets. He was professional and kind. We had some difficult stains and he took extra time to remove them. The carpets look Great. i would definitely recommend using Coit for carpet care and recommend asking for Luis. Thank You!
