I called COIT because I saw the neighbor was using them. Glad I did. They were having 40% off special, so I got 3 rooms of wool carpet, very large wool area rug, and several windows of draperies and valances done all for $550. I thought that was great. Nice people, courteous, friendly, great attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks, COIT. I have already recommended you to another neighbor.

Had my tile in my small kitchen and bathroom cleaned today it looks the same as before, but it cost me $200 for 35 minutes. And that was 40% discount? Last year it cost me $175 for 45 minutes. The workers were professional. But Coit has lost a three year customer you are too expensive for me and the quality I rate a 3. I did tell them I would check with Stanley steamer next time I need work done.

We have never had our carpets so clean and there is one reason: " LONNIE OWLY" He is the hardest working carpet cleaner ever! COIT, you have a gem working for you and we want you to know that Lonnie left our carpets in almost new condition, despite the fact that we have dogs and the carpet is over 20 years old. He took out stains that other people and companies weren't able to remove! If you use COIT to clean your carpets, ask for Lonnie, he deserves a raise and two extra weeks of "paid" vacation! Loved the job Daniel did on my tile in kitchen and bathroom. Daniel was very professional, friendly, and did an awesome job. Price a little high, but was worth it when I saw the results. Will have them back for carpeting!

I've used COIT for 9 years and consistently receive excellent service. The team is professional, prompt (call 30 minutes before arrival, much appreciated) and do a great job. They clean and seal my tile and clean the carpet and area rugs - basically all the floors. I bought new construction from the builder and consistently get compliments it still looks like a model. Once my impossible carpet was cleaned and my smile was ear-to-ear, I requested my counter tile to be cleaned and it was done a week later. As I expected the work performed was perfect. My filthy grout was white again!! Who knew just a cleaning would do the job? Julio did a FANTASTIC job on heavily stained tile! The grout was sealed by Julio too.
