Once my impossible carpet was cleaned and my smile was ear-to-ear, I requested my counter tile to be cleaned and it was done a week later. As I expected the work performed was perfect. My filthy grout was white again!! Who knew just a cleaning would do the job? Julio did a FANTASTIC job on heavily stained tile! The grout was sealed by Julio too. Had the best experience. Asked Coit to come out and clean my carpets (I have pets so you can imagine how dirty they were). I was concerned that they couldn't clean them since other companies said they probably won't be able to do it. They were professional knowledgeable and courteous and my carpets never looked better. I highly recommend.

On Saturday May 21, 2016 I used COIT for tile restoration in my kitchen. Because of years of wax build up on my floor I didn't know what to expect. The end result was nothing short of AMAZING!! My technicians were Julio and Ryan, they really went the extra mile to revive my dead, dull, over waxed tile. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you COIT, Julio, and Ryan simply the BEST!!

I've used coit on 3 different occassions. For the most part I have been pleased with their work. Recently, they picked up an area rug that cost me close to $1000. When the rug was returned it was damaged. The stitching of one of the edges came off. They delivered it this way!!!!! We had the technician take it back. In my initial phone call with the manager he assured me the rug would be returned " better than when you bought it". Unfortunately, not the case. I'm back. Carpet and tile were cleaned yesterday and I'm over the moon. Everything turned out beautiful. The young man who came to our home really had his work cut out for him. Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in at least 10 years, shame on me. Anyway, he disconnected the sectional, moved just about everything that physically could be moved, being that it was just him and commenced to treat the stains. Coit Cleaning came out today to clean our brand new reclining sofa and love that just happened to only be 10 days old, our 1 yr old female tortie just had to christen. So the techs Rudy and Wade check out the furniture, very professional by the way. Rudy gives me the estimate fare and reasonable , it's to treat the urine stains, clean both pieces and spray a protective solution on. Took them about an hour, I'm totally satisfied with the job they did, put down heavy clothes to protect the floor. Now waiting for the furnit... read more

We had Coit come out to clean our draperies .... one over-sized patio window and one small window...they push the in-home cleaning service these days. We used their service previously in the past and was very satisfied. They came to our home and removed the draperies and cleaned them at their facility, brought them back about 10 days later and we were happy. This time around was very different. This is the third time Coit cleaning an Restoration scheduled an appointment with us and canceled. It took the two of us two hours to move all our furniture out of the designated rooms to be cleaned. Coit was scheduded to be at our house between 2-4 . They called us at 1:45 pm to tell us that they will have to reschedule. The first time they had a truck break down, the second time was they overbooked and this time they their excuse was the job prior to mine would take longer than anticipated.
