Had a couple rooms and a hallway cleaned by Luis Pacheco (#537) today. They look great. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive, and was very helpful moving a few chairs. Coit never lets us down
Luis Pacheco & Aaron called to say they were a 15 minutes away. Luis wrote up and explained 3 detailed quotes. The price was higher than I had in my budget, he worked with me to be able to get to a price to clean my living room furniture and rug. They worked quickly and carefully moved things . They were very respectful & professional. Great job!
Kyle and Damian were curteous ,professional and very careful around the furniture.The carpets are now clean and all dark stains of the well travelled areas are brighter .I highly recommend.
After cleaning our rugs, I discovered multiple remaining stains. Which I then went and scrubbed out myself with Woolite carpet cleaner. When we asked them to come back to get all the other spots they missed, they were able to fit us in the next day for a re-do. Thank you!
