Had my tile in my small kitchen and bathroom cleaned today it looks the same as before, but it cost me $200 for 35 minutes. And that was 40% discount? Last year it cost me $175 for 45 minutes. The workers were professional. But Coit has lost a three year customer you are too expensive for me and the quality I rate a 3. I did tell them I would check with Stanley steamer next time I need work done.

Fabulous Floors for the Holidays! Our stone and tile floors were not this clean or this beautiful when we moved into this rental. It went smoothly, quickly and the technician was very polite. Thanks!

Loved the job Daniel did on my tile in kitchen and bathroom. Daniel was very professional, friendly, and did an awesome job. Price a little high, but was worth it when I saw the results. Will have them back for carpeting!

I've used COIT for 9 years and consistently receive excellent service. The team is professional, prompt (call 30 minutes before arrival, much appreciated) and do a great job. They clean and seal my tile and clean the carpet and area rugs - basically all the floors. I bought new construction from the builder and consistently get compliments it still looks like a model. I am a repeat customer and have always been satisfied with the work performed by COIT. Yesterday, Damian showed up for a pretty extensive amount of work at our home. Once my impossible carpet was cleaned and my smile was ear-to-ear, I requested my counter tile to be cleaned and it was done a week later. As I expected the work performed was perfect. My filthy grout was white again!! Who knew just a cleaning would do the job? Julio did a FANTASTIC job on heavily stained tile! The grout was sealed by Julio too. Had the best experience. Asked Coit to come out and clean my carpets (I have pets so you can imagine how dirty they were). I was concerned that they couldn't clean them since other companies said they probably won't be able to do it. They were professional knowledgeable and courteous and my carpets never looked better. I highly recommend.

On Saturday May 21, 2016 I used COIT for tile restoration in my kitchen. Because of years of wax build up on my floor I didn't know what to expect. The end result was nothing short of AMAZING!! My technicians were Julio and Ryan, they really went the extra mile to revive my dead, dull, over waxed tile. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you COIT, Julio, and Ryan simply the BEST!!
