I previously had taken area rugs to Coit for cleaning, but this time I decided to have them come to the house to clean the carpet and several pieces of our furniture. The technician, Juan, arrived on time and did a quick and fair estimate. We OKed the estimate, and he proceeded to work industriously for about two hours. 9/2/2017 2 workers didn't show up for work in our area, somthe Company sent Jose Quintero to do our deep carpet cleaning. Turn out, he is the best worker the company can send out. Not only he provided excellent services, he's also vey pleasant & very smart in handling everything. This Company is very fortunate to have Jose Q. As their staff

I called COIT because I saw the neighbor was using them. Glad I did. They were having 40% off special, so I got 3 rooms of wool carpet, very large wool area rug, and several windows of draperies and valances done all for $550. I thought that was great. Nice people, courteous, friendly, great attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks, COIT. I have already recommended you to another neighbor.

Had my tile in my small kitchen and bathroom cleaned today it looks the same as before, but it cost me $200 for 35 minutes. And that was 40% discount? Last year it cost me $175 for 45 minutes. The workers were professional. But Coit has lost a three year customer you are too expensive for me and the quality I rate a 3. I did tell them I would check with Stanley steamer next time I need work done.

I had requested cleaning for 3 area rugs to be cleaned in my home and one larger area rug that required cleaning at Coit's facility. The tech, Luis who wrote my original quote, showed up requested I sign the work order before work commenced. He would not move any furniture, he argued that he told me that when I received my initial quote. He did not. Had our floors "done" on Saturday 3/21, the guy was nice enough BUT he left our floors worse than when he got here. HOWEVER, that is not the worst part, my wife called their supervisor to ask them to come back and correct them. After trying 3 times, Gary Hamilton finally answered and said they can't come back that day because of an emergency in another city but agreed to Monday 10am. We had Coit come out to clean our draperies .... one over-sized patio window and one small window...they push the in-home cleaning service these days. We used their service previously in the past and was very satisfied. They came to our home and removed the draperies and cleaned them at their facility, brought them back about 10 days later and we were happy. This time around was very different. This is the third time Coit cleaning an Restoration scheduled an appointment with us and canceled. It took the two of us two hours to move all our furniture out of the designated rooms to be cleaned. Coit was scheduded to be at our house between 2-4 . They called us at 1:45 pm to tell us that they will have to reschedule. The first time they had a truck break down, the second time was they overbooked and this time they their excuse was the job prior to mine would take longer than anticipated.
