I recently hired Coit to clean and seal the marble tile kitchen floor, the bathroom floor tiles and travertine. When the job was completed I was happy with the results until the seal dried. I became aware of a couple of discrepancies that was not to my satisfaction. I posted a Yelp review stating the discrepancies. Immediately, Leslie R., Coit Reputation Manager, contacted me to discuss the concerns and how Coit may resolve this situation. After a bit of chit-chat, I found Leslie to be very flexible and willing to work with... read more

I previously had taken area rugs to Coit for cleaning, but this time I decided to have them come to the house to clean the carpet and several pieces of our furniture. The technician, Juan, arrived on time and did a quick and fair estimate. We OKed the estimate, and he proceeded to work industriously for about two hours. The work was completed quietly and effectively. Although the service is not inexpensive, the outcome was great! After the technician left my wife said to me, "The furniture and carpet look almost new! I gues... read more

9/2/2017 2 workers didn't show up for work in our area, somthe Company sent Jose Quintero to do our deep carpet cleaning. Turn out, he is the best worker the company can send out. Not only he provided excellent services, he's also vey pleasant & very smart in handling everything. This Company is very fortunate to have Jose Q. As their staff

I called COIT because I saw the neighbor was using them. Glad I did. They were having 40% off special, so I got 3 rooms of wool carpet, very large wool area rug, and several windows of draperies and valances done all for $550. I thought that was great. Nice people, courteous, friendly, great attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks, COIT. I have already recommended you to another neighbor.

I called to make an appointment via the website (so I didn't get to see their yelp reviews first, if I had seen it I would've known better) and asked on call MANY times if the service of the people coming by and making a quote would be free. The lady on the phone told me yes multiple times and said that I can just say no if I didn't want to do it. When the workers do finally come, they start cleaning the floor without even saying anything, and then they call up the girl who had helped me to translate, and she ended up tellin... read more

I had requested cleaning for 3 area rugs to be cleaned in my home and one larger area rug that required cleaning at Coit's facility. The tech, Luis who wrote my original quote, showed up requested I sign the work order before work commenced. He would not move any furniture, he argued that he told me that when I received my initial quote. He did not. (my husband and I are both in our 80's we would have made arrangements to have the furniture moved). Luis described how he would spray the rugs make one pass over the rugs and t... read more

Had our floors "done" on Saturday 3/21, the guy was nice enough BUT he left our floors worse than when he got here. HOWEVER, that is not the worst part, my wife called their supervisor to ask them to come back and correct them. After trying 3 times, Gary Hamilton finally answered and said they can't come back that day because of an emergency in another city but agreed to Monday 10am. My wife gets a call on Monday at 9:15am from an angry Gary saying it was our fault the floors look like that and basically had a 5 minute SHOUT... read more

We had Coit come out to clean our draperies .... one over-sized patio window and one small window...they push the in-home cleaning service these days. We used their service previously in the past and was very satisfied. They came to our home and removed the draperies and cleaned them at their facility, brought them back about 10 days later and we were happy. This time around was very different. First off they make sure they tell you they don't guarantee to get any stains out then they make you sign a paper saying you will... read more

This is the third time Coit cleaning an Restoration scheduled an appointment with us and canceled. It took the two of us two hours to move all our furniture out of the designated rooms to be cleaned. Coit was scheduded to be at our house between 2-4 . They called us at 1:45 pm to tell us that they will have to reschedule. The first time they had a truck break down, the second time was they overbooked and this time they their excuse was the job prior to mine would take longer than anticipated. I called them two hours prio... read more
