Considering the quality of #Elite option services below and overall look after #Elite option jobs were done, it was not much worthy of #Elite option and satisfying. Definitely overly charged and price gouged. The technician visited my place a week before the appointment was made. Estimated total was $900. and then once the #Elite jobs were done, the technician added more and made the subtotal of $1,446. Quoted me $180 for 2 rooms. Shows up and says it's going to be $1000 instead!! Ridiculous. Said they'd give a "discount" to $600. $400 for just one room. Absolutely not. Just hire a TaskRabbit instead, these people will try to rip you off. Their voicemail box is also full, so if they don't pick up you're out of luck ‍. IMO unprofessional. Do not hire.

I hired Coit due to their reputation ! I hired them to clean a love seat, sofa,arm chair and an area rug . They offered to take the area rug to shampoo and hang dry at their place of business and will return within 5-7 days later. They took the area rug on 10-11-23. The area rug is cream and sage green shag rug. No stains on the rug just wanted it cleaned since the furniture was getting cleaned. I thought the fact that I had to hire them through a website was hard enough. They showed up at my house. They had double the price. Then i showed them an email saying what I was to be charged so they honored the email but they did try to double it. And then when I had so much trouble with them and dealing with the booking on line the guy said he talk to his office and that there would be know charge for the area rug . As a returning I wish I could put less stars. Save your money and time these guys are ridiculous. Technicians arrive smelling like beer and marijuana I had them leave my home immediately. After a short conversation with their supervisor Steve I had clearly seen what was going on here, an unstable work environment. No apology, nothing. But a wasted day off from work. Who knew getting your carpet cleaned would be such a headache.

As someone else here already said, I should have read the reviews here before calling them. They changed my 2 hour window without telling me (I didn't find out until I called to tell them that a technician had not arrived) I even gave them a 40 min grace period before calling. The cherry on top was that after speaking with someone and being told that the technician still had time to arrive, because of the new 2 hour window, that no one ever showed up. I used COIT before and had been satisfied. I recently had COIT clean my carpet again and I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED . When I expressed my concerns with the tech he tried to say that my carpet was old and that it would look better after it dried. After waiting two days it didn't look better. There were still stains and areas of streaking that weren't there before the cleaning. I called their office and asked to speak to a manager.
