So... we are out of town. Get a call and VM from Coit. "Haven't seen you in a while. We're offering 40% off cleaning services". Get back in town and call them. "Thank you for calling back. Since you did, we can give you 45% off any services". Great. Sounds good, right? Schedule appointment for 7 foot couch and two area rugs. Technician comes 20 minutes earlier than our texted window. This is on me. I should've checked the reviews here first. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for two rooms. The time slot was 10-12 then minutes later they texted and said they had an earlier slot. When I declined it they said my time slot would be from 11:30-12. Cut to the day of service at 3:50 pm I canceled the appointment as no one was here yet. The specialist called and said he had to do a pickup and would be on the way. No thanks! Wasted an entire day waiting. So unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Minus 20 stars. Still waiting for my guaranteed payment back from 2017. The duct contents ends up upstairs all over your house ! Not sucked to the basement like good companies do. Another company had to undo COITS MESS and then actually clean the ducts. Total runaround from COIT to get them to come out and clean up the colossal mess. Hire a real duct cleaning company not COIT.

Used Coit, Sacramento to clean carpets today. Got ripped off. Ad sez 3 rooms for 150.00, we were charged over225.00. They barely moved any furniture, left stains on carpet. Got the wham, bam quickie job. Would never use them again. Left soap stains on our tile floor.If I could give then zero stars, I would.

We made an appointment to have our carpets and laminate floors cleaned. I was guaranteed they both would be done on the day the man came out to give us a quote. I arranged to be home all day. He came and said he didn't do laminate floors and rescheduled us with different people the following Friday. My main concern was the dirty grooves on my laminate floors. Just called 185$ minimum charge. I was just trying to get my living room carpet cleaned good 35ft by 20ft rep that answered was rude and hung up on me when I said that was to much. Jaime of COIT Riverside, CA has very poor communication skills. We were promised by COIT that he would be contacting us to provide the service we requested on a specific day. The day prior he sends a text inquiring about what time would be good for the technician arrival. we responded immediately and received no response. The following morning, day of scheduled work , he contacted us via text message saying he is running shorthanded, and his techs called in sick. Did not arrive within scheduled time. I called to be told that a service manager would call me. No call received . The Coit staff member arrived 90 minutes late and provided a quote The quote was 4 times higher than competing offers before their special discount of 40% still making the Coit price at least double the competitors all of whom were rated at least 4 Yelp Stars. Coit's low rating is a reflection on their lousy service, unreliable arrival , not to mention a pricing structure far greater than anyone else
The Tech was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but didn't appear to have all the necessary equipment to complete the service as it was explained to me. The disinfecting of the ducts was done with a fogging device. He did not have it so instead used a spray bottle to spray a solution into each vent. During the service the tech dropped and damaged the humidifier on my furnace. The company was initially unresponsive, so I had to contact them. They requested that I order he part ($180+) and send the receipt to them for ... read more
