Did not arrive within scheduled time. I called to be told that a service manager would call me. No call received . The Coit staff member arrived 90 minutes late and provided a quote The quote was 4 times higher than competing offers before their special discount of 40% still making the Coit price at least double the competitors all of whom were rated at least 4 Yelp Stars. Coit's low rating is a reflection on their lousy service, unreliable arrival , not to mention a pricing structure far greater than anyone else

The Tech was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but didn't appear to have all the necessary equipment to complete the service as it was explained to me. The disinfecting of the ducts was done with a fogging device. He did not have it so instead used a spray bottle to spray a solution into each vent. During the service the tech dropped and damaged the humidifier on my furnace. The company was initially unresponsive, so I had to contact them. If you're thoroughly into a bait and switch these are the cleaners for you. They ask for a complete description of said area rug to be picked up. They tell me it will be 7-10 days to clean and dry. Then she will quote you a price on the phone. On the morning of service they more than double the cost using the excuse that "they did not get to see it". I spoke to Stephanie twice. Twice she told me that to "pick up" my 10x12 Karastan rug would cost me approximately $216.00-$288.00. That it would be gone 7-10 days. Yay! Finally... read more

The "technicians" showed up and insulted our carpet and quoted us $241 to clean one average sized living room, a short hallway, and part of a small home office. Yes, we know our carpet is dirty. That's why you're here! They dragged their filthy equipment into our home and weren't here for more than 20 minutes. The carpet was wet and kinda sticky when they were done, just didn't feel or smell clean. Run fast! This company uses bait and switch and the tech price was 35% higher than the quote I was given on the phone. Crappy business practices. Stay away!!

I thought Coit was going to help me with my insurance. NOT! In fact, they went back on their word and refused to acknowledge statements made. Do not trust them.

Do I have to give a star? Should have come to Yelp first. As other reviewers have mentioned, I setup an appointment a couple weeks ago for today. We cancelled our housekeepers, moved furniture around in the house and arranged our work schedules to ensure we would be at home timely during the window we COIT gave us from 3-5pm today. At 4:45, I called COIT to confirm someone was on the way. I don't like to give negative reviews to businesses however this company passed all red lines. They came here to give me an estimate three weeks ago. You can clear as see with their handwriting making an appointment with me on June 8 between 11 to 1:30 PM as well as getting 35% off. The tried to change it for tomorrow which does not work for me. Just to make sure everyone knows this company is non-reliable.

This review is on COIT's business practices not on cleaning services. I called COIT to request a firm price for sofa cleaning COIT has cleaned my sofa in the past. I told scheduler that I didn't want an estimate but wanted firm price. Scheduler found my records in their system and told me what she said was a firm price. It was too expensive so I declined to set an appointment. Scheduler said she would decrease price by $50 if I would schedule so I did.
