The room was full with garbage, not clean and the bed was not made.

The first room i checked into had glitter all over the floor & one of the beds. There was a dirty sock left on the floor. In the shower there was hair stuck in the drain with stickers. Haor was present on the sheets. I asked for another room. The next room had what looked to be spaghetti-o's sauce on the head boatd. Hair and some other shiny substance under the bedside table. A man was trying to open our door at 1 AM! Turns out to be the manager. No call to the room no knocking and no apology the morning after. Very scary and unprofessional. We booked a 1 king bedroom and the front lady “upgraded” us to a 2 queen bed room. We went up and the tv wasn’t working and the sheets were dirty. We asked to be switched back to the 1 king bed room and night manager was using a key card and trying to open the door in the middle of the night. Thank god for extra locks. Never staying here again. i got stuck in a room with an AC that didn’t work i immediately contacted the front desk the room was warm and stuffy i was told all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. I then expressed i felt i should not have to pay full price for a room where i wasn’t even able to rest. once again i was told there was nothing that could be done.They showed zero importance to my issue and I wasn’t even able to get any kind of credit for a hot stuffy room i was stuck with.

Bad front office service, Most important for every guest i would say morning coffee which was horrible!

Staff was not at all helpful. They have mentioned Breakfast in the listing. However, in that they only serve toast, cereals and waffles.

To start off I was given keys to an occupied room at check in. Luckily the occupants were not in their room when I unlocked it. Not Safe at all!! I was then offered a downstairs room. The AC in that specific room never worked, the weather over the weekend was in the high 90’s so just imagine how hot that room was. The shower clogged while showering. The TV didn’t work either.
