Mika has been super helpful to me since I brought my engagement ring to Mervis. I appreciate her teaching me things about my ring and helping me through the process of getting it repaired. I have purchased a few pieces at Mervis. Recently, I brought my bracelet in for some adjustments. Becky did a fantastic job of making the changes I needed. She went above and beyond to make me happy. I highly recommend Mervis to all my friends. The people at Mervis really do a great job of keeping customers happy, and they have timeless, beautiful jewelry.

There is a reason why Mervis gets such high marks. They are very straightforward, the quality is good, and the pricing is fair. I had a great experience with Kris in the Rockville location. He helped me find the perfect setting and perfect diamond. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Mervis Diamond Importers to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring or wedding band. I'm from out of town, as well as out of state, and I can tell you that there is no jewelry store of this caliber anywhere around me. Unbeatable selection, quality, prices and customer service. I was shopping for a diamond tennis bracelet in the DC store; Mika was patiently and enthusiastically working with me. Ultimately I decided on a bracelet they didn't have on premises, so she had someone from the Tysons store drive it over...at 5pm on a workday!! I've made two major purchases from Mervis and I recommend them to all my friends. A+ all around.

I stopped in briefly to see the selection of diamond rings. I was assisted by Janette Davila whom was extremely friendly and welcoming. I did not make a purchase this day because everything was very expensive, but everything that Janette shown me was very good quality, and very high class. If I get into a better tax bracket, I will return. If you do visit this location ask for Janette, she is amazing and will devote as much time as you need to make your selection.

My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and our wedding rings from here. Amber Salazar was our consultant and helped us every step of the way. Not only is she extremely personable but she is SO knowledgeable and really listens to what you want. She never tried to talk us into anything but helped us figure out a budget we were comfortable with and what styles we preferred. Overall she is absolutely amazing. If you don't come here and work with Amber you are missing out big time!!!

I absolutely love working with Mika! She listens and takes the time help us find the right pieces. We worked with her to find the right engagement ring and wedding band for me. She has also helped me with multiple earring upgrades! We are moving out of state in a few weeks but still do plan to come see Mika whenever I'm in need of new jewelry.

I don't really understand the 1-star reviews here! For me, my engagement ring shopping experience at Mervis Diamond on K St. was close to perfect. Thanks to the help and attention from Mika I came away completely satisfied. It's not the largest showroom, but there is a large selection. They can make it how you want it. I was in the unique position of having two heirloom rings and had no idea where to start. Custom? Buy new? Reset the heirloom stones?
