My fiancé worked with Maria to purchase my beautiful Tacori engagement ring from Mervis Diamond in DC. Following the proposal, he and I both had the opportunity to work with Maria again and she was excellent. Maria is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and, above all, so sweet and kind. I can highly recommend Mervis Diamond Importers to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring or wedding band. Unbeatable selection, quality, prices and customer service. I was shopping for a diamond tennis bracelet in the DC store; Mika was patiently and enthusiastically working with me. Ultimately I decided on a bracelet they didn't have on premises, so she had someone from the Tysons store drive it over...at 5pm on a workday!! I've made two major purchases from Mervis and I recommend them to all my friends. A+ all around.
I stopped in briefly to see the selection of diamond rings. I was assisted by Janette Davila whom was extremely friendly and welcoming. I did not make a purchase this day because everything was very expensive, but everything that Janette shown me was very good quality, and very high class. If I get into a better tax bracket, I will return. If you do visit this location ask for Janette, she is amazing and will devote as much time as you need to make your selection.
My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and our wedding rings from here. Amber Salazar was our consultant and helped us every step of the way. Not only is she extremely personable but she is SO knowledgeable and really listens to what you want. She never tried to talk us into anything but helped us figure out a budget we were comfortable with and what styles we preferred. Overall she is absolutely amazing. If you don't come here and work with Amber you are missing out big time!!!
