We came in today looking for wedding bands. We'd made our appointment online yesterday, which was an easy process. Robert took great care of us and listened to what we were looking for and what we liked. There were so many options, it could've easily become overwhelming but we narrowed down the field pretty quickly. It goes without saying that all of the jewelry was gorgeous. I found a couple of lovely wedding ring options that I'm not considering.

Unbeatable selection, quality, prices and customer service. I was shopping for a diamond tennis bracelet in the DC store; Mika was patiently and enthusiastically working with me. Ultimately I decided on a bracelet they didn't have on premises, so she had someone from the Tysons store drive it over...at 5pm on a workday!! I've made two major purchases from Mervis and I recommend them to all my friends. A+ all around.
