I purchased an engagement ring from the mervis in Rockville. I literally could not have had a better experience there. I worked with Kris and I must say he was just amazing! Told him my budget and he took the rest from there. Made the whole process fun and relaxing and didn't try to up sell me one bit. I highly recommended Kris and the Rockville team!!!!!!!

Our family has been a customer many times primarily due to the quality and the great service. I am no longer local and still go to Mervis for these reasons. My recent experience with Zed and Becky could not have been better as they were very helpful with both the purchase and Becky resolving an issue with the ring. It's rare these days to see great service in action not just in an ad and I expect to continue to do business with Mervis even from out of state.

Mervis is amazing, from their selection to their customer service! They have a great and accommodating staff who makes sure you will love what you are getting. If you're like me and know absolutely nothing about diamonds they are more than happy to give you a brief overview about diamonds and designers. P.S Monica is the bomb if you are looking for someone transparent and goes straight to the facts without the fluff!
My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at Mervis. We brought in his grandmother's vintage ring with the intention of finding a new setting for the stone. Our sales associate, Maria, was incredibly helpful and patient as she narrowed down what kinds of settings we liked and helped us find the perfect one. I have had no complaints with Mervis Diamonds since I was introduced to them by a friend 2 years ago. I have not only purchased my Fiancee's engagement ring, but also our wedding bands from Mervis and they turned out beautifully. We worked alongside Dodi and she was absolutely amazing. I bought an engagement ring from Mervis recently for my fiancé. Tina was a huge help and made the overall experience stress free and very enjoyable. The store takes you into a private room and then brings you rings/stones based on what you have told them. Overall I was really happy with the selection and the final ring I purchased. They made a process that I thought would be difficult very simple. I would highly recommend Mervis.
