It was ok. The first person I worked with never got back to me and I had to work with a service provider (Maia). I was easy money because I knew what I wanted and I had bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band for this location.
We had the best experience working with Sonila while replacing a pair of earrings I had for 26 years. She treated the sentimental value of my originals with so much care and respect and helped me find a replacement that was even more beautiful than I imagined. Sonila's knowledge, patience, and genuine kindness made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I walked away with earrings I absolutely love and a level of service that's hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
Elizabeth Appleman was unbelievably helpful when I requested an updated appraisal for my heart shaped diamond pendant, which I had purchased from Mervis 23 years ago. I worked with Maria to get my fiancé his wedding band and she is a GEM! She made the process so seamless and stress free. Called me immediately once the band arrived to their store and asked if I would be home on a certain day for the band to be delivered. I was nervous to order originally since I am not local to the store but she made it so easy.
