I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Total professionalism and top notch customer service. Mika Smith-Jones assisted me with creating the perfect engagement ring. She took her time with me and made sure all of my questions were answered and she helped bring my vision to life. I will be shopping with Mervis again in the net future
