I stopped in briefly to see the selection of diamond rings. I was assisted by Janette Davila whom was extremely friendly and welcoming. I did not make a purchase this day because everything was very expensive, but everything that Janette shown me was very good quality, and very high class. If I get into a better tax bracket, I will return. If you do visit this location ask for Janette, she is amazing and will devote as much time as you need to make your selection.
My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and our wedding rings from here. Amber Salazar was our consultant and helped us every step of the way. Not only is she extremely personable but she is SO knowledgeable and really listens to what you want. She never tried to talk us into anything but helped us figure out a budget we were comfortable with and what styles we preferred. Overall she is absolutely amazing. If you don't come here and work with Amber you are missing out big time!!!
I absolutely love working with Mika! She listens and takes the time help us find the right pieces. We worked with her to find the right engagement ring and wedding band for me. She has also helped me with multiple earring upgrades! We are moving out of state in a few weeks but still do plan to come see Mika whenever I'm in need of new jewelry.
I don't really understand the 1-star reviews here! For me, my engagement ring shopping experience at Mervis Diamond on K St. was close to perfect. Thanks to the help and attention from Mika I came away completely satisfied. It's not the largest showroom, but there is a large selection. They can make it how you want it. I've visited Mervis at important times in my life over the last 15+ years. In 2011, their wonderful customer service helped me find the perfect engagement ring at a price I could afford. Mervis is wonderful! My fiance got my engagement ring here and had a great experience. They were willing to work within his budget to get hom exactly what he wanted. When it came time to get our wedding rings, there was no question that I wanted to go back to Mervis. Not only do they do the cleaning and sizing in house, but they are always willing to help without appointments. We worked with both Kristopher and Angel and they were both great! I highly recommend going to Mervis!
Writing this a bit late (as I had to wait until after she said "yes") but can finally say how great of an experience I had with Mervis, specifically Usman, at their K Street location.
