My 2025 Autograph QX60 went in because it was making a loud noise on acceleration and vibrating the inside of cabin. Crest knew exactly what it was and disconnected the Auto Noise Cancellation feature. Numerous reports with this problem. My appointment was on time w loaner car and my car was repaired promptly as promised. Waiting on Infiniti to come up with a software solution.
Service performed quickly while I waited and car returned clean! The waiting area has all the amenities you would expect of a class A dealership.

Newly purchased QX60 kept loosing tire pressure in one of the rear tires. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it! Couldn’t ask for anything more. In addition, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very satisfied with the service at Crest. My service rep Robert is very honest and kind. He knows every of my car repair and he is happy to explain what has been done to my car. I am a car guy so I know exactly what he is talking about. For me is very important my car is treated the right way.
