Working with Christelle in going on a tour of the complex was great, she was very knowledgeable in all the aspect of the building. it was modern with all The amenities that goes with it. You have a good representative/customer service in Christell. Will definitely promote the complex.

Christelle was so helpful when I reached out about apartment availability at Domain Oakland. She was friendly, knowledgable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how pleasant Christelle made the whole experience. Definitely a great first impression of Domain and while I won't be renting at this time, I feel like all leasing experiences should start like this!

Recently toured The Domain and came away impressed with the amenities. We ultimately chose a different community, but the tour experience was good enough to warrant a review. Even with other visitors waiting, we never felt rushed. Christelle (sp?), who showed us a few 1-bedroom floor plans, was hands down one of the best leasing agents we've encountered during our apartment search. I attended a birthday party at the clubhouse at Domain this past July. I arrived early so there was a World Cup viewing party going on. The people at that party were having a great time but were respectful of the fact that we would be using the space after them. They left the clubhouse clean for our group. We recently took a tour of Domain Oakland, and Christelle Bacho was absolutely wonderful.
