Stay away from this place! This is a shithole! Broken elevators, broken appliances, fire alarms going off all the time, dirty hallways, no amenities! This community is a joke. The maintenance and office staff is a joke! They can't get anything done. There are a lot of new apartment complexes in the area which are 100 times better than this. Once my lease is over, I am outta here!

I'm just stating facts here and not passing any judgement so that future residents can take an informed decision Incident 1 : My bike was kept in the locker which needs two level of access - one to get inside garage and second to get inside the bike locker using key fob. My bike tyre was removed in 2nd week of me being here . It wasn't stolen given I was using it on daily basis. There was a tv camera pointing towards my bike and after taking 5 days to reply for 1st time post my complaint and 3 weeks to look at tv footage man... read more

The community is in a great location, near BART, easy access to freeways and shopping. I've always loved this community! Julia and Britny are GREAT! Very attentive and always go above and beyond to help. I'm sure with social distancing measures in place, it's difficult to provide the warm and friendly atmosphere most are use to. If you are comfortable with Urban living, I would definitely recommend Domain Apartments!

This building deserves our one star review. We are looking forward to moving out next month. Before I go into a very detailed list of all the reasons we would not recommend this building, there are three positives: 1. The physical apartment is really pretty, modern, and has all hardwood flooring. We live in a studio apartment but it's still pretty spacious. Guests are always impressed with the sleek design. Julia and Brittany were great. Lived at this complex for just over a year and never had an issue. Maintenance was always super friendly and said hello all the time. Julia made the leasing process super easy. You are living downtown so noises from outside the complex can be annoying. Pizza place stays open late with people talking loud, coffee shop opens early and there is daily city maintenance that starts early.

Just signed a lease with the Domain and worked with Desmond who was incredibly nice, responsive, and patient (I ask a ton of questions!). Desmond has been really focused on ensuring a smooth leasing process even during a pandemic- which has been super helpful. He's an absolute professional and you can tell that he cares about his job and supporting his clients. He even laughed at our corny jokes as we explored the property together (safely, of course)! I just wanted to say that Desmond is an exceptional member of the Domain team. He was so thorough with the apartment tour and even went as far as measuring each individual room for us. Thank you again for helping us out when Danna and I were looking for a place to live.

Passed by this place recently and it reminded me of the time I visited a while back. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I had. The community director gave me his card, his name was Mark Chapman, and had his leasing manager sit down and help me. She was in the middle of showing me the apartments that were available, when their maintenance technician walked through the office carrying some tools. She jumped up, ran over to him, and demanded that he stop what he is doing a fix someone's car. He said they are not a... read more
