My daughter moved in and so far so good. There has been elevator issues but they've been quickly resolved.

If I could leave -5 stars about this complex I would. I have lived here for now 3 years and I am praying that I make it through the next few months until my lease is over. If I have to resign, it's not by choice. The property was originally owned by Greystar, and is now owned by some company called Styl. Both property management companies have been nothing but a disservice to this complex.. They are , dishonest, and do the bare minimum to ensure the saftey and well being of their tenants. My mom has been living here for a few years. Although the apartment complex is nice. The property manager (wish I had his name) lacks customer service skills and has been extremely rude to my mother. She pays for parking every single month and her car has been towed twice now out of her parking space that she PAYS for. The property manager has been extremely rude and unhelpful every single time. Reposting because management will respond to this, but they can't pick up the phone before they tow a resident's vehicle. Dog situation is out of control at Domain. Dogs bark on patios at all hours and it reverberates up the building walls. Dogs start barking before 7am when owners leave their barking dogs unattended outside. So far, nothing has been done by Property Management. The new management is just not accountable. Between the dog, parking, and security issues, it's a shame. This is written as of January 2023.

We only had the apartment for a year and even had a pre inspection before moving which said that we wouldn't be charged much before moving out. I opted to clean the apartment myself before moving and spent hours making sure that every inch of the apartment was cleaned, as per their instructions. However, after moving out they charged us $600 plus for cleaning! I went over the picture (of the cleaning they said the apartment needed) and it was picture of clean floors and things. I just moved here from San Diego a week ago and have been pretty impressed by everything so far. The complex is secure, the office staff has been friendly, and the residents seem pretty laid back so far. The amenities offered are great (the gym has enough variety of equipment that I cancelled my membership), the co-working space has been nice for a WFH setup when I want to get out of the apartment. I've lived here about 5 months now. So far I can't complain. The washer and dryer in unit has been amazing. It's pretty clean. I've had no issues with anything in my unit and I haven't been affected by the fire alarm issue in my building. It's super pet friendly. It's not perfect. It's still expensive but not for what you get in the area. The area is a bit rough but not too bad. I wish there were a grocery store closer since I do not have a car. I was Quoted a price 1monthly and ended up paying more than I was told Julia signed me up quoted me a completely different price than I'm paying now $400 dollars more plus $140 in trash fees it definitely should be cheaper than it is it's not up to date

Now that some time has passed from leaving Domain, I feel it is safe enough to write a review without the risk of any retaliation or consequence. I know that might sound crazy, but I wouldn't put anything past them. My goal is to prevent as many people as possible from ever living here.
