We moved out of Domain last year and we couldn't be happier to not have to deal with the staff any longer There are only a few positives that are worth mentioning: location is great, the common spaces have been updated, and... that's it. You won't get your full security deposit back -- they notify you they will charge a "move-in-ready" cleaning fee BEFORE they even inspect your apartment. I've lived here close to a year, and it's been the worst apartment experience of my life. I once lived in a place in the Castro where a neighbor would have violent fights with his partner and another would get high and start loudly shrieking at 4am, and I'd still consider that a better experience overall. After three years at Domain, I'm happy to renew our lease for the fourth! Since moving in, the management company changed for the best. There have been so many renovations and updates, including those to the outdoor spaces that are free to use during Covid. Especially this year, Domain recognized and reacted to the market with many other new multi-family buildings being finished in the area and Covid altering the economy. It's great to be able to stay at a place with such great staff and amenities.

I had the most wonderful tour experience today. The staff members specifically Desmond and Brittany were so friendly and welcoming. They really sold me on the place and made it feel like home as soon as I walked in. They were exceptional and I can't wait to move in!
My partner and I just moved here in August. App/movein process: Easy. Simple. Did everything online in a single day. Office staff: I toured with Julia, Asst Mgr. She was very accommodating (I'm also a property mgr so I know I can be a bit difficult), friendly, and helpful. Tahlia helped with the app process. There are all kinds of offers out there: 1 month free, 2 months free, move in bonuses. Stay away from this place! This is a shithole! Broken elevators, broken appliances, fire alarms going off all the time, dirty hallways, no amenities! This community is a joke. The maintenance and office staff is a joke! They can't get anything done. There are a lot of new apartment complexes in the area which are 100 times better than this. Once my lease is over, I am outta here!

I'm just stating facts here and not passing any judgement so that future residents can take an informed decision Incident 1 : My bike was kept in the locker which needs two level of access - one to get inside garage and second to get inside the bike locker using key fob. My bike tyre was removed in 2nd week of me being here . It wasn't stolen given I was using it on daily basis. There was a tv camera pointing towards my bike and after taking 5 days to reply for 1st time post my complaint and 3 weeks to look at tv footage man... read more
