$15 parking and $17 breakfast was a surprise. Calling front desk 2 times did not get the coffee maker fixed or get any toilet paper.

Not invited!! A cleaning staff member used his key and walked into our hotel room without even knocking! Luckily we were dressed. He then tried to do it again 30 minutes later but i had the door latched. Said he was told to clean our room. It happened at 10:30 and again at 11:00am. Checkout is noon. I reportedly this to front desk and supervisor. And the coffee maker was filthy. Dusty!! Had to pay $3 per cup of coffee in lobby. Very disappointed in this stay. Not usually my experience at the Doubletree!!

The Hotel was instructed to charge a certain amount on a credit card and the rest on s debit card. Was told everything was ok. Get home snd they charged everything on the debit card and sent the account negative,

Property was ok. Hotel was highly overrated as a 4 star. Room was very dusty and had cobwebs. Trash found behind tables. No maid service. Had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and staff acted like it was an inconvenience. Hotel was very noisy.

The room wasn’t ready for almost an hour. Checkout for everyone is at 12 pm and our check in wasn’t until 3 pm, so there was really no excuse for there to not be a room ready for our traveling performer. Nothing was offered as a courtesy to make up for this. We weren’t the only guests that dealt with this, and were basically told to wait and come back about 30 mins to and hour later.

Will not stay again. There are no microwave or freezers in room. Staff offered to let me use theirs, but you are expected to buy food on site. Parking is not free with stay. Our Jr suite was very dusty, wrappers under table, bed hard, carpet worn, desk and table had damage, black out curtains did not cover entire window. Shower was great. Come to Evansville several times a year. Will not stay here again

I would not stay here again. Everything looks nice on the surface but our towels didn’t look clean, the walls are paper thin, and our bathroom smelled like a sewer. Before checking out, I took a quick look under the bed to see if I missed anything and it looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. There were fake rose petals and other garbage from a previous guest. Not worth the price we paid.

Was charged for breakfast even tho I paid to have breakfast included. Their amenities advertise slippers but there weren’t any. They used 2 flat sheets on the bed versus a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. Asked for 2 sets of towels and only received 1. Highly disappointed with this hotel given the money spent. We won’t be back.
