Parking too inconvenient. The only thing I did not like was parking. The garage was not connected to the hotel, which was very inconvenient. And for that reason alone, I will not visit the hotel again if I drive.

Was not told I needed to request housingkeepibg in order to get it- they claimed there were stickers in the room that also informs guests- no stickers in my room- figured day 2 they would do it after lodging complaint but it never happened- will never stay at this property ever again….I was aware of $15 parking per night charges in Adavnce but still feel it was excessive and the parking is not connected to the hotel…

Higher expectations As this is a relatively new hotel, and with it being a double tree, I'd been looking forward to it. The lobby and layout is very nice. There was a lot lacking in friendliness or even welcoming. Despite my call the night before and speaking with same desk person. She dismissed my requests for room upgrade and said no. The room was not very clean, hairs on surfaces, carpet dirty, bed was worn out and uncomfortable. There is so much parking free in downtown and this hotel charges a fee to parking. Also it is not listed by third party sellers that there is a parking fee. Misleading.
