Get directionsAlot off fees I feel like all the money paid I shouldn't have to pay 15.00 a day for parking then the 50.00 hold fee that goes toward the parking then no microwave in the room then having to pay for breakfast separately. That was alot of money and I will not make that mistake again.
Disappointed in our stay at Doubletree. Some of the amenities the hotel advertises turned out to not be true. We had to pay for parking on top of the room rate. It is advertised a warm cookie at check in and this was untrue. (Not a deal breaker for me but just part of the overall disappointment. My daughter was excited for the cookie.) heer leading convention take over Cheerleading compatition was staying there. Id say between ages 6 to 14. They were roaming halls all night, slamming doors, room above us sounded like they were doing cart wheels all night. Needless to say hardly any sleep to be had. Was there for a quick get away. When checking out i brought it up to front desk. He said he was sorry and would pass it on to manager. I then told him how it was ashame that they let a group just take over the hotel. No concern for public safety Hotel was nice but they were not making people wear there mask
Don’t be a Richard!!! I was very disappointed at check in Richard (the desk clerk) had no hospitality! We were friendly and tried to make the best of it even though he was very grouchy and short with us. He was of no assistance, besides getting us checked in! Richard needs to learn some custom service manners! I also believe Richard hates his job! Other then Richard our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable!
Hotel staff was terrible. Full of attitude and not accommodating. They shut the restaurant and bar early when they had does of people complaining. The bar was supposed to close at 11pm and the restaurant at 10 pm. They closed it at 7pm.

I booked the junior suite and was highly disappointed. The view was nice but the room was dirty. There were kid toys behind furniture, the sheets were not washed properly, and windows were dirty. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this location again.

I had hair that didn't belong to me in the shower, toliet had a lil roll, dust was under the lamp on the table by bed and the padding underneath had pee stains don't know if it's been washed. I used to work at double nothing like this
not good not great. the first room was filthy. dog hair on everything and it looked like it had never been dusted. we were moved to a different room and the bathroom sink was stopped up. this isn't a 30 a night place.
