There is so much parking free in downtown and this hotel charges a fee to parking. Also it is not listed by third party sellers that there is a parking fee. Misleading.
I booked 3 rooms for my family, and after an initial mixup (our fault) everything was straightened out quickly and painlessly. The second night however, was a different matter. We were up for my son’s graduation, and my parents’ keys were working. Front desk graciously reprogrammed a new set as we left. When we returned we found out the new key didn’t work, so back down to the front desk we went. I also had to go because my husband had my key, and hadn’t returned with our group. no trash bags in cans, no body wash, shampoo and conditioner was watered down, shower was stained from dirty feet. toilet paper holder broken.

Love the room, hated the food Room did not have remote control for TV. The food service was horrible. Hamburger ordered medium, came out burnt. Fries were cold. Since we were going to concert we didn’t have time to reorder. Bar staff needs training and to learn how to be friendly.

No fitted sheets! Our beds didn’t have fitted sheets, only a top sheet across the mattress. Needless to say that sheet did not stay put so both of our beds mattress were completely uncovered when we woke up in the morning, and they were gross! The shower was also dirty

I do apologize about the bad experience. I love all feedback so that I can address this with the departments. In regards to the Fitted Sheets, we don't do fitted sheets at our property, we do triple sheeting.
We stayed at this hotel because it connected to the event center we were going to. The doors to the walkway were locked and we ended up having to stand outside without coats or anything in the snow for about 30 minutes. Breakfast which I thought was included ended up being $75 and the overall bill was double what I was expecting. The room was large but the sofa bed and a king size bed nearly touched each other so it was pretty inconvenient for four people
