Terrible service/No follow up I left something in the safe when I checked out. I called the hotel very shortly afterwards. I asked them to not go into the safe until I came back. They did not listen. They went into the safe before I got back. The hotel stated that not everything I left in the safe was still there. I explained I would not have this dispute if you would have waited to open the locked safe until I returned which was about an hour later. Thin walls, ignore city laws, and crappy bosses Despite a Evansville mayor issued mandate on face coverings, this hotel refuses to do so much as put a sign up asking guests to wear masks in community areas - such as the tight confines of a elevator. Speaking to a line employee was useless, as the responses was an endless barrage of excuses. Hilton Corporate tried to reach a senior manager but my concerns weren’t worthy of a response over the weekend, and a week on I still haven't been able to connect with one. Looks are deceiving I couldn’t believe that I paid that much money and the outside looked promising but the room was disgusting. The pillows were so nasty that I slept without them. I would of requested new ones but I had arrived late and did not want to move my girls. I let the front desk know in the morning and the person could care less. No sorry. Nothing Won’t stay there again.

Disappointed The service ... or lack of it... was very disappointing. The receptionist seemed very uninterested. I'm a military retiree, 27 year disabled veteran - when i asked if a military discount was offered, the clerk said "I don't think so. I've never heard of it." and never bothered to find out. No suites with a tub were available for our couples getaway. The room was sparsely appointed. Very disappointed .

Beautiful rooms. Very modern and clean. The lady at front desk night shift. I believe Jordan was her name. Not a big fan of her.

I liked the pool room, and also that we were able to get cribs for our baby. However the bed spread did not look like it had been changed. There were stains on the comforter and the sheets were itchy. When I asked for another comforter I was brought a green comforter by the engineer. The refrigerator and coffee maker did not work in the room. And lastly there was not an accessible microwave in the room. Had high expectations for the money we spent on this room. The greatest thing was the pool.

Don't get the frozen entrees offered in the lobby.

Nothing i was never able to check in. All the doors were locked. It look like the only way in was though a parkinh lot that you uad to pay to get in too.
