I had a contract with this group. They are more customer-responsive and professional in nature than the other groups. In terms of warranty, they are very careful and sincere in their service.
My elderly mother had a contract with the Eleras Group. I came home to take care of her financials for her and realized she had this contract on a vehicle she no longer owned, yet she was still having monthly payments drafted from her bank account. I called to have the contract cancelled and was transferred to *******. She was very helpful. She did try to have us switch the contract over to the new vehicle but I declined. I was a little hesitant at first because of the multiple flyers I received in the mail saying final notice so I finally gave them a call. Im so glad I did- I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle thats already come in handy.

I was nervous to use this company at first but they are the furthest thing from a scam. I purchased from them and wanted to cancel a few months later and was able to do so with no hassle at all. They made me feel confident in my purchase and was there the entire time.
