The company send "OFFICIAL LETTERS" on behalf of auto companies or dealerships. They claim they are associated with them, but it is false. I received a letter to my address stating that it was TIME SENSITIVE. When I called the phone number *****..., the representative in the line started warning about the coverage of my vehicle and wishing "best of my luck when my vehicle would break down." I used to work for this jokester of a company. Got let go due to putting wrong mileage on a contract even though I only put what I was told and even listening to the call I was correct. They are in a lawsuit and trying anything and everything to save their own ***** and save money. STAY AWAY FROM ELERAS. They are money hungry and dont care who you are. FRAUD of a companydo your research and go somewhere else that is LEGIT and good to not only there customers but there employees as well.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Predatory and unsolicited mailing and repeat calls harassing for payment. They'll leave a nice little apology under this comment and continue to do it to others because it's not illegal, it's just them being a bully. It's a shame that a business with an actual product behaves in a way to mislead and harass people in order to make ends meet.
