I was nervous to use this company at first but they are the furthest thing from a scam. I purchased from them and wanted to cancel a few months later and was able to do so with no hassle at all. They made me feel confident in my purchase and was there the entire time.

When I purchased my policy, customer service was exceptionally clear about what I was buying. They took time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was properly taken care of. This team is very knowledgeable of their products and always friendly. Anytime I have to call about my service I get excellent customer service from the representatives. I am satisfied with my purchase and glad I came across Eleras.

This company is a third party that sells warranties for your vehicle. I am glad I ran across them as the warranty I purchased came in handy. When it was time for me to use what I purchased they never failed to provide for me and walked me through every step of the way. **************** was very helpful and answered all questions that I had during this process. I am very happy that I purchased this warranty and will continue to carry it for my vehicle.

I was hung up on twice yesterday, on March 16, 2026, I was talking with a young man about the pricing of a warranty for my car, and this first nice young man handed me over to **** who jumped in on the conversation in upper management, and as he was giving me more options I was explaining I am a senior and on Social Security and a part time job, the monthly was out of my range and as I was saying that, I was hung up on, I called back and the person who answered the phone clearly recognizing my number hung up on me as well. Since purchasing a brand new 2025 car, I had been receiving many deceptively urgent notice in my mailbox asking for a return call before terms expires. The experience with the agent was stressful as they pushed for a quick transaction and used fearmongering sales tactic. For 2 years now we have been getting calls and mail from Eleras, for a car we have never owned, from a brand we would never buy. At this point it has become harassment.

Extremely predatory Received different letters seeming urgent from my dealership supposedly, I called and got this company which was surprising because their name wasn't on any of the letters they had sent. I gave this company my financial information thinking they were a part of *********. So I gave them My information for My debit card. After telling more than 100 times that I didn't want their services, they threatened me that they had all the information to my bank account and could access it. I went to my bank ****, closed the account and changed the number. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL, THEY WILL STEAL YOU'RE INFOMATION AND GET INTO YOU'RE ACCOUNT
