This is a scam and sending letters to my home about vehicles that no one in my home has never owned or even heard of these people need to be stopped immediately shut them down ASAP it is annoying and a waste of paper

Received a deceptive letter telling me I did start my service contract. Made to look like its from dealership. How can a brand new car have its factory warranty expired, How can I have a customer Id with a company I never talked to, just scammers looking through purchase records.

A big old Scam and I'm finding out that it is easier to get into ************* than getting someone to respond rather thru email or phone. I've sent emails after emails following the prompts of cancelling the service, but NO acknowledgement of receiving my email. When I call and try to cancel, I get more options of either lowering payments or some of the ** instead of canceling my service and saving each one of us a headache. I received a letter from them about my car warranty. There was no company name in the letter. I called twice to inquire why and the first person hung up on me and the second person told me the name but wouldn't explain why it wasn't noted in the letter. I told him they were nothing but a scam and to remove me from their mailing list

Company is a scammer. They send letters to seniors to prey on their vulnerabilities. The letter tries to scare them into acting hastily and fall into a trap. Thank god my mother was smart enough. SHAME ON THEM!!

Received a snail mail which was actually from Eleris , but their name didn't appear anywhere on the letter and the letter was crafted to look like a letter from my car manufacturer implying that I needed to contact them to keep my warranty current. It had the details of my care and my name, as well as a "customer number". It stated "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service activated. This business engages in dishonest commercial activities. In an attempt to offer you their services, they send you a letter presenting an official look from ****** and stating the specifications of your vehicle. The name of the company is never mentioned in the letter. They inquire about your no longer having manufacturer warranty servicing when you phone this number on the letter.
