With a premium paid for my vehicle's warranty extension, my first claim for a simple inexpensive repair have been shelved. The local shop has made several attempts to file the claim to no avail. E-mail records are readily available and phone call transfers repeatedly dropped. Two months have passed waiting for approval so that the repair can be initiated.

I am trying to cancel my policy and customer service will not let me. Very rude. Please help

I keep getting mailed notices that my vehicle warranty has expired. The first time I got one I immediately checked my warranty paperwork on my car. Their notices are 100% fraudulent.

This business is failing to refund funds to me in a timely manner, I cancelled my policy in July and won't refund my remaining balance I fear they are stalling in order to reach an expiration date

Total scam!! . Was told my 93 year old blind mother called 4everhomes/eleras to sign up for a $275/month home policy that she doesnt need or want. My mother never called and the representative would not let me listen to the call they said they have on file, and thats because no call exists. Stealing money is their game. I managed to cancel the policy and get a partial refund, but they stole $200 from mom. How to these people live with themselves knowing they are lying, cheating, and stealing from hardworking people?!

THEY ARE SCAM. I try multiple times to cancel called them they were very rude. ****** and ******* are the names who answered my calls. they were very rude and took out money out from my bank account.

Eleras salesman, ****** ******, called me late October, and intimated he was with **************. He talked about our leased 2024 *******, how ******* likes to keep the electrical/mechanical insurance in effect, and how (though there was no charge for the 1st year), continuing the coverage for the 2nd year would be $149, and for the 3rd (and last year of the lease) year would be $145. They posed as my dealership regarding my warranty/service contract. The document I received twice in the mail stated I needed to register otherwise my warranty/coverage would expire. I received packet in the mail and realized it was scam and not my dealership. I already have the coverage I need and not whatever this company can offer. I tried to cancel but they were very rude to me on the phone and left me on hold in my attempt to cancel. Their packet states I can call and cancel at any time. (clearly not).
