I've been receiving mailed notices that my auto warranty was expiring on a Dodge Journey, that I have never bought. I called The Eleras Auto group to notify that I do not own the vehicle, the gentleman said that he would take me off the list. A few weeks go by and I am starting to receive the same notices, so I've called and a different guy just started telling me how warranty is important. BEWARE!!! These guys are crooks! Just bought a used vehicle and purchased a warranty from the dealership. The I receive a very official looking notice from this company saying I had 5 days to act or lose coverage. Nothing but a scam! They prey on people to make money by scaring you into thinking you have no coverage. Always check with your dealership! Shame on this awful company. Go out and earn an honest living and stop taking advantage of hard working people.

Eleras Group is a predatory, dishonest and deceitful company with shady business practices. They made it see like they work with your manufacturer when they do not. I called to cancel my policy within the 30 day window and cited their horrible reviews to which I was told "the company that I'm signed up with has great reviews". I am not impressed at all , and was told my warranty with Eleras Group for my 2010 Chevrolet Impala was canceled in August , and my vehicle was never covered due to the fact that when I had finally received the title from the owner of the vehicle , she took forever in doing so , and by that time the vehicle had already broke down before I could switch the title directly into my name, and it clearly showed that I was the buyer , and so I was instructed to file a letter , due to the fact the 2010 Chevrolet Impala was never cov... read more

This place scammed me also. Can't get ahold of them and their website doesn't work. They took 500 dollars from. Can't even look at the fake policy they gave me, because the policy number doesn't work. Can't get ahold of anyone to sort this out. Going to try to report this as fraud to my bank.

SCAMMMMMM , this is a scam company and they have scammed my grandparents for the last time. False sales tactics to get credit card. A salesman called said they are they are ***** and forced my grandparents to buy an extended warranty that they didn't needed said they work at the dealership and will always be there for them. they are the scum of the earth and need to be stopped

My son bought his first new car in January of 2023. I was with him when the finance manager sold him a ***** extended warranty at the time of purchase. In August, he got a bill from this 3rd party outfit, stating he owed $184 for a service contract. Thinking this was some type of activation charge, he paid it. This company has sent me letters stating :Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, if you will be responsible for paying any repairs. Please delete the one star that I had to enter to leave this review!These are scammers sending out misleading marketing mail about providing service warranties. They specifically format the pitch to appear as though they are affiliated with, or actually are the ********************** and I'm sure many other auto industry companies. They have my mailing address - how is that legal?This is mail fraud, and these clowns need to be prosecuted.
