The agent put our mileage down incorrectly 4000 mileage difference!WRONG !!! On our new policy. I called customer service and spoke with 8 different people. Spoke with supervisor Unhelpful and said it was our fault. Please someone call me .***** R

Got a letter in the mail thought it was from my dealership about my warranty. Ended up canceling after reading their reviews about up charging and got it cancelled. I want to be taking off their list and not to receive anymore mail or any contact from them.

Horrible--they pray on the elderly and poor, smooth talkers. Tell you you pay a one time charge and then the next month they take money from you. I filed a fraud report with my bank and they immediately stopped the payment. The next morning I got 11 calls in a row from them, never leaving a message. They are slick, they had information about the car I had just bought and everything. Thank god my bank was fast to resolve this issue.

I just found out this morning that more money was taken out of my account. I was told this was an extended warranty and not a policy. Which more money was taken out of my account, the lady I spoke with said it's a mistake to cancel this warranty due to the high cost of out-of-pocket expense. I don't give this company any type of star just filing a complaint and now have to go to my bank and replace my debt card and try to get some of my money back.

Calling this business a con artist is giving them too much credit as there was nothing artistic about the s*** they tried to pull. A vulnerable family member fell for the scam, and I spent hours on their merry-go-round hold line while they try and get you to give up and disconnect. When I finally was able to get to the correct person, thats when the real bullsh!t started. I think his name was ****. I just got off the phone with a representative, and the experience was horrible. He was yelling at me, accusing me of not caring for my car, and even said it would just sit there broken down and get towed away. He pressured me to pay for a service upfront without properly explaining what it was for. The interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend using this company.
