They phoned me when the car was repaired to ensure that the car was still performing well. And that is when I learned that they were not interested in closing a ticket only.

I was forced to plan a few more times and they accommodated that with no attitude. I got the impression that they were sincerely interested in assisting me, in ******* the claim.
