I have received a letter with no letterhead, no business name on it, and it states very clearly that their records indicate that we have not contacted us regarding the vehicle service contract on your vehicle. If I could leave 0 stars I would! They sent a letter to my elderly mother with the words "Time Sensitive" on the top in big red letters. She called them and asked what they were and if they were her insurance company and they said yes, we need to set you up with a contract. She agreed and gave them her credit card into over. Since purchasing a brand new 2025 car, I had been receiving many deceptively urgent notice in my mailbox asking for a return call before terms expires.
