I needed a refund on party of my warranty plan and called customer service. They assisted me with no hassle. They helped me and never got frustrated as it was an accidental mistake.The customer service you receive from this company is enough in its self to keep me returning.

The warranty they offered me was such a good deal! Even when I had questions they took time to answer them and to keep me informed until I made a decision. I am so happy I purchased and now be a loyal customer.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the multiple flyers I received in the mail saying final notice so I finally gave them a call. Im so glad I did- I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle thats already come in handy.

I was nervous to use this company at first but they are the furthest thing from a scam. I purchased from them and wanted to cancel a few months later and was able to do so with no hassle at all. They made me feel confident in my purchase and was there the entire time.

When I purchased my policy, customer service was exceptionally clear about what I was buying. They took time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was properly taken care of. This team is very knowledgeable of their products and always friendly. Anytime I have to call about my service I get excellent customer service from the representatives. I am satisfied with my purchase and glad I came across Eleras.

This company is a third party that sells warranties for your vehicle. I am glad I ran across them as the warranty I purchased came in handy. When it was time for me to use what I purchased they never failed to provide for me and walked me through every step of the way. **************** was very helpful and answered all questions that I had during this process. I am very happy that I purchased this warranty and will continue to carry it for my vehicle.

Mail and phone call stalkers! This company has sent me 45 letters stating I own a ***** Malibu and to call for extended warranty. I have NEVER owned a ***** Malibu, have called them 3 times to take me off their mailing list and they continue to send mail. It is really harassment at this point and they need to be stopped or honor a consumer when they ask a business to STOP bothering them!
